this is the 3rd time the male employee has made comments about my weight while looking at my ID. Joking about “is this really you? This girl looks tiny you’re much bigger” I explain it’s an old photo and he laughs and says “yes obviously” it’s clear it’s me in the photo, I don’t have this problem anywhere else. When I told him that’s not very kind to say he rolled his eyes and gave me a sarcastic sorry and moved onto the next guest. I won’t be returning here anymore as he has made me feel even worse about how my body has changed after the accident

I go to this location for the coffee. At first a little rude because of the unfamiliar face. Let's just say the staff knows myself and my daughter. Recently I have been having a problem with the early morning gentleman dark hair middle eastern Alam? My daughter is an RN so she wants her morning coffee before her shift. However, this morning I went alone to grab our 2 cups of coffee long story short he called me homeless. I work for a living Law Firms and he became rude towards a woman and I defended myself. Yousef asked his coworker to stop and he kept going. I have seen this man go off on his coworkers and he is extremely rude. I am a paying customer that spends money at this location all of the time. I have had enough and I will not return. I felt bullied and I was extremely angry when I left the store. This should not ever happen again to anyone

Very Rude and Racist Man which I never encounter around this time; he informed me the door is locked and he insinuated that for his safety and being robbed he doesn't up the door! When I showed that I was a paying customer and my badge because I work at the hospital he opened the door! He informed me it's not a 24 hr 7-Eleven also!! I definitely feel like he was racial profiling me and arguing with me from opening the door to following me to purchase me items all the way to the register when I got fed up I told him I didn't want the slim Jim and that I would be reporting the situation! He said good job for me and told me to never come back!

Hours say open 24 hours. The last 4 visits I've made have been later hours (between 12am-2am), most recently at 12:30am. I get here and there is always a "closed for cleaning" sign on the door. I decide to ask until what time will they be closed to the guy working and he says "I don't know man until I finish cleaning maybe 4 or 5 am" then slammed the door shut on me. If you're not open 24 hours, then just change your hours so I don't waste a trip.
