I have worked with Jon and Denise for many years and they are both absolutely amazing! They are both extremely knowledgeable in residential and commercial development. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. You won’t regret utilizing their services. I am a general contractor who has worked with many engineers and architects, but after working with them, I won’t use anyone else.

If only I could award them 6 stars! Denise and John over at 3-1 Dev are the epitome of knowledgeable and professional. We hired them to draw up a huge addition at our family home in Torrance and they seamlessly handled everything from concept to permits. I can't say enough nice things about their entire team.Rest assured you are in good hands when hiring Denise and her team for your next construction or development project.They recently moved to a new location and kindly invited us to their ribbon cutting ceremony.
