She notice some errors of the way my taxes were filled last year and informed me of it. She goes out of her way to make sure u get the best service and educates you.

To this day I'm still waiting for a callback. Some girl answered, but didn't ask for her name. It's been 3 weeks now. My stepfather referred me, he was there 3-4 weeks ago, I personally think he was overcharged $200 for a form 1040. I'm already looking for someone else.

I'm new to the area and wanted to go somewhere that is other than the big corporations like "H&R Block". I had been going to H&R for the past 7 years and felt like I was never taken care of. I found this place online and instantly felt taken care of by Mr. Miguel. This place is a hole in wall but will make you feel like you are taken care of since it is a family owned business. Miguel went into a deep as to why taxes are so important and showed me the differences in taxes. He went above and beyond showing me how important taxes are! Definitely coming back!

I had some paperwork notarized and the two ladies who helped me were very nice and helpful. It was quick, easy, and reasonably priced! Will come here again if I need anything notarized.

Scheduled an appointment to do my taxes with Miguel for the first time. As soon as I got there, Miguel's assistant asked for my paperwork so she can start inputting everything on the computer while we waited for Miguel. Miguel was very helpful & explained the process to me. Thanks to him, I learned something new today ! & will most likely keep coming to do my taxes with him from now on !

Schedule an appointment, and they'll have you waiting. Appointment time was 4pm. It is now 4:45pm waiting in my car because Miguel is having breakfast. The lady at the front desk is totally clueless and rude!!! Their business cards say free consults, and she says they charge 75$ consults. Then tells me if I brought paperwork they sent when they never sent anything. She also said you need an appointment, but there were people without appointments which I saw on their clipboard. But I did have an appointment so it didn't matter. He told one of the officers in my corp to go in alone? Even though I was part of the corp as well. Anyway he rushed the whole thing like 2 minutes explaining super quick. My partner said he was lost and felt super rushed. He told him choose what's better for you. You're the tax consultant/ expert shouldn't you be giving me advice. Horrible customer service. I was willing to pay whatever as long as you walked my company, and I through the process. I left helpless, stressed and clueless. Thank God I found a gem tax consultant who walked us through a free consult with business advice, and is now our forever tax preparer. Guys there are better tax services out there!! DO NOT COME HERE! In response to the owner: this isn't fraudulent review. I even have pictures where we were waiting outside. No need to post fake reviews for what gain. I don't own a tax business. All I was searching for was a reputable tax person. Obviously the front desk lady that barely knows English was nice to you. You're her boss. Maybe try looking into training her some customer service skills before coming at me like that instead of apologizing. She obviously was lying when she told us you were eating breakfast at 4pm, and charge $75 for consults. And we waited over 45min after our appointment at 4pm. Don't set appointments if you can't live up to them.

I've gone here for a few years now and the service is always exceptional! It doesn't matter who here actually does your taxes, it will be done to the most professional ability each time. They always listen to all questions and are happy to answer all of them! Their prices are so affordable and their response time is quick!
