I have been coming to this clinic for 4-5 years already and let me express that I am very pleased with the service they provide. If I can’t get an answer immediately on the phone which means the staff is attending to patients which is not a problem to me at all and I communicate through email which is more convenient and get immediate response oftentimes. Very cordial to their patients. Thanks to all of you.

I’m a caregiver in my patient be going with Dr. Aguerra clinic for over more than a 25 year Dr. Aguerra and his staff they are really compassion we his patient Martin love going we to see Dr. Aguerra in his stuff. every time that we go and visit the clinic, we know really take too long for Dr. Aguerra to see Marty we happy to having doctor Aguerra to be the head doctor for Martin steffer thank you doctor and stuff thank you so much Claudia and emi for your help whit my matter whit Martin supplies good blessed you lady’s doctor Aguerra and there staff are the best thank you everyone

First time coming here, the parking lot was small and I walked inside at my appointment time. At the time, the Dr. Was the main one checking in guests and I filled out my paper work. The lobby was small but clean and organized when I was there. They had tons of magazines, books for children, and even coupons and information on different health products. I was seen by Dr. Argueta and he was very nice and helpful, there was a bit of a wait to be seen but that's understandable because a lot of places are understaffed. Overall experience was really good.

Receptionist is wildly rude, put me on hold for 30 min and when I called back the Dr said they went to lunch. When talking to the receptionist they are abrupt, ask the same questions over and over, and hangs up on you. I saw the Dr. who was supposed to refer me to a podiatrist, but when I called the referral they were not a podiatrist. When I called to get the referral fixed no one answers the phone. I call a week later to be told to find another PCP. I explain I'm pregnant, have been throwing up, and need to use their urgent care services for Iv fluids and want to talk to the Dr. The Dr. comes on the line and says call you insurance and find a different doctor, you said we put you on hold and went to lunch, we can't have you saying things like that, and Bang hangs up the phone I will be filing a formal complaint about the malpractice and incompetence at this office.

I have been calling for 10 hours now. They do not answer the phone. I seriously think the front office just sits around and eats donuts and drinks big gulps. I am so disappointed . I have gone to Dr. Argueta for 12 years. I have not seen such poor service at the front office.

1st and last time patient. This office is unsanitary! They had me pee in a cup and use the same pen that every one uses after they’ve used to restroom to write my name on the cup. When the nurse took my blood she laid my arm on a bare counter with no tissue underneath. I came in for a follow up appt to get my blood results and I had to pay another co-pay. The woman told me every time I see the doctor I have to pay. The floors are dirty, the rooms are un kept. I do NOT recomendable this office. The nurse is nice, the receptionist has an attitude. I asked the nurse how often do they have the maids come through and she advised me they do not have maids and they clean the office them selves. From the looks of it, it’s probably done 1x a week I will be changing my doctors office immediately.

Made an appointment and showed up only to have a sign saying they are closed for a water leak. No one called me to cancel my appointment. Thanks for wasting my time! This place sucks!

Had a 3pm appointment time, they took it upon themselves to change it to 4:30pm without giving me any update. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I thought the good ratings for the doctor would make up for it, I was wrong dont waste your time or money.

If you care about your health please do not go here. Find another physician that will treat your health needs. The service is horrific from being placed on hold for hours, repeated phone calls to speak to someone just for a follow up. The original owner Dr. Jeffery Ostricker sold this practice and it's being ran by unprofessional amateurs from the front desk to the doctors themselves.

I would say patient beware. They never answer the phone. Their mailboxes are always full so patients are unable to leave messages. Be prepared to wait in the lobby at least a half an hour after your appointment time. Then be prepared to wait in the exam room for at least a half an hour. Don't expect to have the doctors full attention either.

These people are a joke never call back, dont get authorization numbers for test orders DONE AND REPORTING THEM. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ABOUT UR HEALTH IM CONTACTING THE MEDICAL BOARD ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
