Greatest Post Office on earth. Seriously, the entire team from Lupe to Daniel to Raul have allowed me to grow my business faster than I had ever hoped.Looking for a Post Office with actually super friendly employees and great service? Well, turns out it exists and it’s nestled nicely within Topanga. My only concern is that the team seems to be understaffed and overworked since the new Postmaster took over. The team works as hard as humanly possible, but there are still limits to what can be reasonably accomplished with only one or two employees at the front, especially as we approach the busiest time of the year for packages and mail.Thank you team!Andy

while our USPS is usually great, i believe there are some new hires that are not picking up the mail even when it is clearly presented on the box and the red arm indicating "pick up" is up. please rectify this. this has happened more than a couple of times. thank you from the folks on arteique road in topanga canyon.

The Topanga Post office is the best there is. Anyone who says different has to be a grumpy and bad person to begin with. I have been using this PO for over 30 years now and I could never contemplate what it would be like without them. Friendly, attentive, courteous and all around pleasant. They do their job well.

The best post office I have ever been to! In fact, I love having a reason to go. All the staff are lovely and wait times are minimal. It feels like a real slice of mountain life and perhaps also how post offices used to feel in days gone by. Thank you to all the team.

I like this location, easy walk-up. I just wish the women we're a bit more helpful and friendly. I run a small business and it's frustrating not being able to get answers. During Covid they had no answers and just kinda ignored my questions or say "I dunno" and literally walk away avoiding me. Really thinking about paying more to ship with UPS just for better answers and service.

This place is so consistently rude it's incredible - like how can these women be having a bad day every day for so many years? Topanga post office could be an SNL skit - enter at your own risk. I will go out of my way to avoid what could be a cute quaint small town post office - Get another job!

The Topanga Postal Service is the absolute worst. Our mail carrier is obviously too stoned to get us the mail AGAIN and AGAIN. EVERY WEEK, there is a delivery missing. Oh, it went to another house... Gee, there it is sitting on the street at the end of the driveway... Or, it just simply never shows up - poof. Gone forever like a puff of...well we know... And forget about going online to report a 'missing package'... it's a nightmare - they take you through pages of questions to create an account, and then MORE pages to figure out HOW to report a missing package!! Almost an hour of THAT frustration and I gave up, unable to figure out their convoluted website (and, maybe they don't WANT you to anyway) - it's just not worth it (missing cashews and all). And did I mention, the folks at the Topanga post office? Wow. You walk in there and there's this feeling that you've just intruded as an unwanted stranger into their private living room interrupting their time to relax with their glass of Merlot: "What are you doing here?" "What do you want?" "What do you expect ME to do???" Please, Amazon, buy the USPS and fix it.

The Indian supervisor is telling people you have to buy priority tape when sending priority mail. Priority tape is free. Filing a complaint.
