Beautiful place. From the outside it's like .. hmm. nice but the inside... be on the fence . WOW. Great place for your next amazing event. Use shuttles not too much parking.

I could literally say this was the 1st venue my eyes and heart was on. I looked into other venues but nothing grabbed my attention more than 1909. This venue is perfect, its like a fairytale venue with all lights and trees. This was my dream wedding I am so grateful I was able to book it. A plus on food, very delicious food, Alex was so nice and so helpful with our decisions. We even got to meet CEO, he is so friendly, such a sweet heart, I am grateful for all his help , as well as all staffs Christina, Allison, Mohammed , this team is the best, Thanks for everything.
Oh and trust me we got soo many compliments of our wedding and the venue. The best decision is to book your wedding at this fairytale venue.

VENUE: We had our wedding 2 months ago and guest still tell us how amazing it was. The venue is beautiful and the ambiance was perfect. The staff is so friendly and they worked so so so hard the day of my wedding. They were taking care of my guest and making sure we were happy throughout the night. Special thank you to Cristina who answered every email and helped me arrange everything. We had a shuttle company from our hotel to the venue for guest but there was also ample parking.
CATERING: We also went with the venue catering contract and so glad we did. We were unable to try the food beforehand, and were concerned with how it would turn out, but it was all soo good. Get the Roasted Rose Potatoes!!! My friend has gone to 5 wedding this year and she said ours had the best food.
10/10 would recommend.
Advice: if you are using this venue, there is no light in the parking lot at night (because its the mountain) so it would be good to have some sort of flood light for guest when they are leaving.

We had our wedding here, and our day was perfect. The natural background of the woods gives it a nice rustic look. I heard many compliments during and after the wedding about how nice the place was. Cristina, who helps run the venue, is really friendly and always on top of things.

I booked this as a wedding venue here for 8 hours. My dad has cancer, Parkinson's, a hip replacement, and cannot walk. This venue refused to use their golf carts to drive my dad down a steep dark path in order to use the restroom. They said the golf carts were being utilized. I was unaware until after the fact that my 79 year old father had to roll his walker down this steep unlit driveway to use the restroom and try to walk back up it. My mom had to hold him up to prevent him from falling forward. It's comical that there's a wheelchair accessible sign on the front door of this place.Besides that, the venue ran out of non alcoholic beverages within 15 minutes of opening the bar. There are mosquitos and bugs in your face constantly the entire time. It's freezing outside with no heaters. The sound system is awful. There is no parking. They charged $7 for valet but they don't have a ticketing system so they just dump all the car keys for my guests to "figure it out" at the end of the night. They also block off parts of Topanga canyon to utilize for parking cars, so you can't park there for free yourself. They don't own that land where they block off car access. I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone.
