“My tux turned out even better than I had imagined. It feels simplistic to say the tux was perfect but it really was exactly that. Jaime was incredibly helpful both with working with me on translating what I had in my head into physical cloth, colors, patterns and textures as well as offering his experienced advice when I was looking for direction.My tux is amazingly comfortable and the bamboo fabric is so soft to the touch. I will absolutely be back with Jaime at Hall & Madden for more custom clothing and suits in the future. And now that they have my measurements and Jaime knows my particulars, it’s as easy as a quick phone call to have another item made for me.I cannot recommend Jaime and Hall & Madden enough.”

“If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”
“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”
“My favorite store for top quality fashion and accessories. Brett is great and works hard at locating items that may have low inventory. Tailoring is included. Malibu Cross Creek mall location has many fine shops and restaurants plus outdoor music on the weekends. Pricey but there are sales occasionally.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful in checking us in and storing our luggage. We even bought some souvenirs after because we enjoyed the service a lot. “Great shop! I lived in LA when great men's shops were plentiful. Moved east in the 90's. As times change most of the men's shops closed. Discovered Sid Mashburn on line and shopped the DC shop a few times. Very nice. Moved back to So Cal a few years ago. Gave up on LA and was going to Newport for clothes. I ordered a couple things on line last year from Mashburn and decided to visit the Brentwood shop. I knew it was small but I was hopeful. Let me start with the look. How about a diminutive Paul Stewart or that outstanding men's shop in BH that closed a few years back? Yep, Mashburn is it!The people are tremendous! Chris is the GM. He knows his stuff and makes shopping easy. Vin is the expert tailor. It's all about the fit and they nail it every time. They now have my measurements on file and the buying is so easy I go nuts from time to time because the clothes are outstanding. Go to Sid Mashburn to find great clothes and terrific service. You won't be disappointed!”

“This is a premium styles store so most of their jeans are 100% cotton or close to it. They can embroider and fix jeans too. But what I wanted to highlight is their customer service. There were at least 3 people that worked together to help and get me the styles I asked for. Justin stood out with a smile, eager to answer and find what I needed. I'll be going back!”
“I rarely come here, yet it still feels like an extension of home because this was a regular spot for me in my teen and college days. I was here recently and so much has changed, but I love it. There are so many A++ stores to shop at and plenty of restaurants. It gets crowded but it doesn't seem as hectic as it was back in the day. The outdoor coastal vibes make this a winning place to visit, not to mention the nice drive out PCH. I will have to visit more in 2024!”

“What a epic shopping experience we had in this store! I've always been a HUGE fan of this brand and recently shopped at the AllSaints in Soho/Londontown.That store was beyond decorated with sewing machines 100's of them lining the stairway to heaven :) Kelly helped us at the Santa Monica location, she was aabsolute dream waiting on the two of us. The price points are a bit high at this place but totally worth it in my opinion. The jewelry was a long time favorite in thepast and I wasn't at all surprised that the clothing and shoes were out of this world amazing. When we first walked in a sweet gal named Natalie greeted me and showed me to the jewelry counter. I just had to have the bangles that were marked $168. I had to have them. I was so delighted that when Kelly rang me up it was only $104. Yay! Nice surprise. That's when my daughter found me because she had to hit another storeand she instinctively knew where I would go...My daughter Kiley headed straight away to the shoes and boots section and Oh My the selections were amazing to say the least.She literally had to but 2 pair. She did need a upgrade from the ones she was wearing for work. She has a job in tech that now she has to go in to the office 3 days a week...The new normal having to into the office now. Kiley purchased the loafers and the white boots (on sale) and I got the white boots after I got home! No room in the suitcase...Kelly deserves a major shout out because she was adorable and very helpful to us. I called a week later to ask her to let me know when/ if these killer black boots go on sale. She was a major delight to the shopping experience! There also was a lovely guy helping us as well but I forgot his name :( We were lucky that the store wasn't that busy at the time we were there. It was a Saturday and it was the mall in Santa Monica. Also for all you on-line shoppers my daughter and I both purchased the size 9. We've never been a 9 before butKelly said she had to go up a size as well. There are not half sizes available. Can't wait to go back to this location! I'd you go to London you MUST go to the Soho shop! 10 stars”

“The manager and staff at this location are all amazingly friendly. We went in when it was a little bit of a down type (mid week). All of the staff were assisting us and answering questions. If there was something that they didn't have in store, the manager offered to mail it to us. It was overall a great experience, especially considering most customer service is going down at a lot of retail locations.”

“The most satisfying shop I've graced in a long time. Was lucky enough to find my newest Tarot deck here. The women working were very helpful, gentle, and kind. What a beautiful selection of items. I was even able to get a little gift for my kiddo. The key chain I bought here is my favorite little smile from the Universe that I now see daily. I believe my friends said on a different day that the man working (possible owner) suggested to them a lovely hiking spot that we ventured later that day. I cannot wait to return and give them all of my money. Just take it! ;)”
