At Reseda Bicycles however, I found out they both just needed an alignment. I used the extra money to buy new tires and get a full tune up.Julian was awesome. Diagnosed the problems with my bikes quickly and taught me about fixing them and avoiding those problems in the future.Super fair prices. Great experience.”

Jason fixed it up by fixing the bike chains and gears at a very affordable price. He was knowledgeable about bike mechanics, and had a lot of attention to detail. He was very helpful, even wiping off a lot of the dust collected on the bike! I’ll be going back here if I have any other bicycle issues”

“I was looking for an Aventon Level 2 e-bike and saw that this shop was selling it. I went to the shop and talked with Tim, and though they sold the last Level 2 before I got there, he quickly got another ordered from Aventon for me and let me test ride a similar model they had in stock. They immediately assembled the e-bike when it came, and in less than 2 weeks after I ordered the bike from the shop, I picked it up. Tim also let me buy a helmet for free, gave me an overview of how the bike works, and gave me recommendations for insurance and locks (I ended up buying a Kryptonite lock from the shop).Despite me not knowing much about e-bikes, Tim was nothing but helpful these past 2 weeks, and he made the whole process very streamlined. I highly recommend buying an e-bike from this shop, especially for anyone new to e-bikes.”

“I have been a serious cyclist for a few decades now. Over that time, I have had multiple bikes and multiple bike fitters. Nate is one of the best there is for bike fitting in SoCal.Nate's approach to bike fitting is thoughtful. He takes time to talk to you about your physiology and history of (if any) injuries prior to beginning the fitting. He even had me walk up and down the hallway to examine my gait and and identify any asymmetries that could translate to pain on the bicycle.Ultimately, I got a great fit from Nate from the bike all the way down to the precision cleat fitting. I try to see Nate at least once per year when I'm riding hard to ensure that my fit and cleat position remains optimal.Even better, Nate is not a "salesman"--he will treat you honestly and focus on the fundamentals of bike fit. I highly recommend Nate for your bike fit and cleat fit.”
“Been to this shop many times. The guys (Willy and Élon) are always helpful and never try to "over sell" me on items I don't need. They've been keeping my bike in tip-top shape for nearly 5 years. “Hello, on Wednesday I finish the bike route from Vancouver to San Diego (Pacific Coast) and I fly from Los Angeles to Spain with my bicycle. I wonder if you will have a box for me to pick it up between Thursday, October 12 and Monday, October 16 October, to be able to take the bike to my country (Spain), that's how I did it to come and they were able to save me a box in a bike store to take it to the United States, can you please tell me if you have a box? Please do not throw it away and I will pick it up, the approximate measurements are 135cmx75cmx25cm, it would be a great help for me, thank you very much.”
“Gave wheel world another shot after all this is my local bike shop and I'm glad I did. The vibe was very different from the last time I visited and was happily surprised. Noah was the person helping me out this time and what a standout person he is. Was able to explain to me what was wrong with my bike and gave me a few options to tackle the situation as well as told me all the pros and cons to each option I could've taken. He was super helpful and friendly even offered to help me load my bike which I've never experienced from any bike shop. Very happy with the service this time around.”
