An excellent veterinarian practice. Kind, considerate and thoughtful. Would love to see it expanded to include emergency treatment. Dr Holly and Heather always put the health of my dogs first, without breaking the bank. An honest practice I highly recommend.

I called in regards to X-ray. They receptionist replied coldly they don't do x-rays, I asked for recommendations. She said they don't have any. Cold, staff. That's as far as I got here.

During COVID, we left CA for Oregon. More recently, my dog injured themselves in Oregon and insurance needed his medical records before they would cover the vet bill. Holly deleted my dogs records because "they hadn't seen us in 2 years." Who deletes medical records? Who deletes medical records after 2 years? Who deletes medical records after 2 years during COVID? Holly. That's who. Every vet I've talked to can't believe how unprofessional that was. The bill wasn't covered by insurance because of her lack of basic record keeping ability, and any future diseases as the dogs are now up in age will also be a fight to get covered because we don't have the last 8 years of records. Bravo, ACT. Bravo.

Too bad they don’t have zero stars - giving them one star is way too generous. So incredibly rude. They also won’t let you in inside the practice so you don’t know what they are doing with your pet. I went in to check my dog’s painful jaw and she came back with zero suggestions or clue as to why and just told me there was no visible problem with his jaw and yet he squirms away in pain if you try to make him open his mouth.Not sure how she can call herself a vet. But above all is the extreme rudeness - not the first time we got a taste, but definitely the last one as they lost a client. Not that they care of course.

I've been taking my dogs and cat to Animal Clinic of Topanga for 17 years now. Holly and Heather have always been caring, attentive and so helpful. I definitely recommend them and will bring my pets here for as long as I'm in the canyon.
