“My tux turned out even better than I had imagined. It feels simplistic to say the tux was perfect but it really was exactly that. Jaime was incredibly helpful both with working with me on translating what I had in my head into physical cloth, colors, patterns and textures as well as offering his experienced advice when I was looking for direction.My tux is amazingly comfortable and the bamboo fabric is so soft to the touch. I will absolutely be back with Jaime at Hall & Madden for more custom clothing and suits in the future. And now that they have my measurements and Jaime knows my particulars, it’s as easy as a quick phone call to have another item made for me.I cannot recommend Jaime and Hall & Madden enough.”
“I followed their incredible instagram before going into the store - and had already been impressed by their knowledge and the depth of the offerings - it was nothing compared to what they have in store! It is so beautiful and well designed! The selection of vintage designer dresses is like nothing I have ever seen, even in LA - and I have worked in some high end vintage places. The quality is beyond incredible and the owner happened to be there and talking to her and going through the pieces with her was such a treat! This is going to be my number one place for special occasions and I'll definitely be stopping by more regularly to start bolstering my personal collection as well! Street parking was easy too!”

“As a plus size woman, I had been looking for months for a dress for my daughter's black tie wedding. Friends told me to go to Robert Ellis. Robert and his assistant were WONDERFUL to work with and even though they do not carry many plus size dresses, Robert had me try one on that I normally wouldn't have and it was perfect. He is honest in his critique and has an excellent eye as to what looks great on you. And Chester is pretty darn cute too!”
“Jila is amazing. She made my wedding dress fit my body type perfectly. She also accommodated a really tight schedule and was even able to get my dress tailored way earlier than expected. She has very reasonable pricing and will listen to your needs and if you’re someone like me who is indecisive, she will offer amazing advice. She’s a true professional and you can easily tell she loves what she does. I would recommend Jila and her team any day!”

“The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”
“I've been shopping here for years. You can always find something cute for reasonable prices: plenty of cute dresses and tops for $28. Tanks and T-shirts for $10. Higher-end prices too, but nothing crazy. Panache offers lots of color, style, and flair. Hats, scarfs, gloves, jewelry, tops, bottoms, dresses..... Helen and Lenore are both terrific. They are fantastic owners. They are a huge part of why I continue to shop here. Of course, the gorgeous clothes and fair prices play a part, too!”

A few years back I came in to buy some creepers all the way from Orange County and unfortunately they broke after one use BUT they traded me no problem for the same pair, then when that pair of creepers was also faulty they let me keep the broken ones and exchanged me for a new pair of creepers! Best one stop shop for creepers and Docs!”

So many different choices when I walked in the door, I just walked to the counter and told them what I needed, they were very helpful. “I love to shop and I really dig Ruti. The clothing is contemporary quality. The fabrics are incredible. They focus on machine washable! Yes! And their clothes are catered to those who travel so think limited wrinkle fabrics. They have tons of amazing basics, quality knits and also some dresses. I have a gorgeous, black lace casual dress from them and also work slacks. Great, broad range of selections. Try things on though - the hanger appeal is not always there but when you put on the pieces, it's when it starts to work and you see and experts flattery magic. They also design for layers which in SoCal is key. I love their cuts and quality. They also have seasonal colors. I highly recommend this designer. Their sales people are very attentive and helpful. I always am impressed by their attentiveness.”
