Love our experience on day and Horror Nights tours every visit. We try to book the earliest time possible to take advantage of the VIP passes getting you first in line on rides & attractions until closing. It’s a great time, groups are small, guides are amazing and you get to see/do some great stuff. Purchasing park tickets, meals and snacks is almost as much as the VIP tour if you’re there all day.

I had the most fun on this tour! The guide was excellent, and having the movie clips play on the van’s screen as we visited the locations made it feel so interactive. Highly recommend!

I have always enjoyed universal studios and my family has been the same. But the customer service that I received regarding some issues we had on our last vip tour was really a stand out. I think it’s normal to make mistakes but when the customer service representative cares enough to make it right is when you know you are dealing with a company with integrity. In dealing with Mariah, in Guest Communications, it was refreshing to be dealt with like a human being. Too many companies these days dismiss your concerns as just another drop in the bucket. You could tell that Mariah truly listened the feedback and was going to help make our future experiences even better. I look forward to continue making many positive experiences at universal with my family for years to come.

Our family booked the VIP experience and absolutely loved it! We were in a small group, about 9 of us total. Our tour guide, Al was amazing! He toured us around with lots of fun facts and info for close to 6 hours! A light breakfast and fantastic buffet lunch was included as well as front of the line access to rides and shows. We would do this again next time we visit! Team Moustache!

Did the VIP experience at Universal Studios today and had the best time!
The food included was great quality (light breakfast and buffet lunch).
Valet parking is included in the ticket price.
Our tour guide was Tyler, and he was fantastic!
While we did the back lot, we also got to do all the rides. Had the best time!
Highly recommend this experience.

This is a must for anyone wanting to explore the entirety of Universal, in one day! Sara was a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge and curated our day perfectly. I knew this was worth it when I breezed through Mario Kart in 5 min, while there were people in line for, what looked like 3 hrs. The valet parking, lunch buffet, private studio tour and VIP seats, at Waterworld also made this a fantastic experience. I will definitely do the VIP tour again, if I'm ever back at Universal.

As we had only one day at the park, we went for the VIP experience and while very expensive - we'd do it again. Ursula was an amazing guide. The studio tour was maybe a tad long (the kids were anxiously waiting for the rides) but in the end we got to do all rides, multiple times, as the queue-skipping was just such a treat. In our view the lunch buffet was an absolute blast - great selection, great quality, nice and quiet.

I only give 3 stars because of the amazing job of our guide. Everything else was meh.
It doesn't feel like a VIP tour, as it's about 15 people in one group. We were expecting a maximum of 10. They usually put 2 groups together during the studios tour.
Studios VIP tour - not a big difference from a regular one. The most interesting lots were closed to the public or out of order (I understand it's just a coincidence). The only unique experience we had was a small walk in the "Europe" lot and a brief tour at the studio where all the decorations are stored. BTW, if you take a Warner Brothers tour, you'll see much more of the backstage.
VIP dining experience - what a joke. It's a buffet style dining with mediocre food quality. Their desserts were terrible. You can find much better food options at other park restaurants, for example at the Harry Potter one.
It was nice to get a fast pass on attractions, though, as it saves a lot of time. But, you can just get a fast pass ticket. It's twice as cheap.
In general, if this is your first time at the park, then maybe you'll enjoy a VIP tour. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Highly recommend and definitely worth the cost. I took my dad, girlfriend and daughter. Our guide Cassie make the experience unforggetable. At first my dad was nervous about the length of the tour, but by the end he didn't want to leave. He literally said it was the best time he has ever had at an amusement park (he's 80 years old!) We all felt that way. Thanks again Cassie for making it such a great time!

Owen is the best!
We booked the VIP tour through Get your guide and are more than satisfied.
Valet parking starts at Jurassic parking. That works very well. After the security check, we are warmly welcomed at the VIP reception and from here on out it's just a matter of seeing and enjoying. Breakfast lounge, our guide OWEN (thanks again!) welcomes us.
Studio tour (Photo with the DeLorean!), lots of insider information and the first attractions in the park, then a great buffet lunch in the separate restaurant. (Dracula recommended the warm cookies!)
After that the action really starts and yes, you walk past the queues (did I mention OWEN is great? ?) and hardly wait at all.
The process is perfectly planned.
At the end of the tour, OWEN (! ❤️) invites us to a stunt show and of course chose the best places for us.
We say goodbye and stay in the park as long as we want. With the VIP pass we can still avoid any queues.
Conclusion:
With VIP Pass or not at all.
We saw almost the entire park, which would otherwise have been impossible.

I bought flowers online, but they still need to register, couldn't they do everything on the website?! You can't think of a dumber system... long queues, mood at zero.

I had an amazing time on my VIP tour during the 60th anniversary celebration. My tour guide was Andrew H. He was absolutely amazing and made our day. He was super nice and treated us like friends, and he was also super funny. He told us a lot of amazing facts as we were going through the park and the studio tour itself. Andrew Is an amazing tour guide and I was so happy that I got to spend my day with someone like him!
