Sanam in the leasing office was great to work with. She made the process easy and helped answer all my questions, even after I moved in. The complex is very nice, especially with all the recent re-modeling, plus the heated pools and jacuzzi. The location is hard to beat too - right next to the beach, a playground/park if you have kids, and the green path.

The leasing agent was very customer service driven. She explained all features of the different apartments. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Still continues to support during my establishing of my lease.

The attention to service requests so far has been great! Easy move in process (lots of apps though ?) and the staff communicated with me thru the whole process. Great job Justin and Team!
* Ok life update - since moving in I’ve had to deal with my roof leaking (from my lovely neighbor above) and then having to move into a temporary apartment on site and then BACK to my apartment again. The office and maintenance (??Justin and Jerry ??) worked in harmony to get it done in a couple weeks. Stayed open and communicative thru the process, I was back in my apartment maybe about a month and a half later and they had coordinated movers for me. I felt much better being back in the place I picked. (Although - I will have to say, whoever called me the day after I moved BACK to my apartment gave me a bit of an attitude only to realize she called the wrong resident!! I didn’t get an apology either! Like … what?! Who was that?! I had never heard her voice ever?! I had a good laugh - but wth just happened there?!)
*Another life update - My drier sounded like it was on its last leg (like it was so loud) and Jerry from Maintenance communicated with me thru the day. He found a similar W/D that worked perfectly and brought it in! Above and beyond service and was so nice to put my rugs back ?? in its place! I truly appreciate him and the staff in attending to my requests here ??

Freddie was a wonderful maintenance technician! He fixed a broken towel rack quickly and showed me how to work the dishwasher properly. He was a very kind man and caring toward the situation.

Ali is the best maintenance man. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He helped me with my garbage disposal and provided bleach to clean it, he debunked a mold concern, and he provided replacement blinds for my window. I am grateful for him!

I recently toured an apartment, and I had such a great experience! Even though I’m not moving until 2025, I wanted to check out some options early, and this place really impressed me. First off, the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’m not planning to move for a while, but they didn’t rush me at all. Instead, they took their time to show me around and answer all my questions. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right fit. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping, the pool, the gym... everything looked spotless. I loved how modern and stylish the apartments were. One thing that stood out was how much they focus on making life easy for their residents. From the on-site maintenance to package delivery services, they’ve really thought of everything. Even though my move-in date is still a year away, I’m definitely keeping this property at the top of my list. The great atmosphere and helpful staff made a huge difference. I’m excited to come back when it’s closer to my moving date in 2025!
