This place is a gem. I suffered for too many years with keratosis pilaris (strawberry skin) with lots of ingrown hair, thought i could fix it with different razors (men razors, old fashioned razors, women razors, sensitive razors, 5 blades, 1 blade, 3 blades u name it, shaving oils, shaving creams, shaving butter, after shave oil, glycolic acid) nothing helped….. until i tried laser. I had such thick hair throughout my body and I can say now after roughly 6-7 laser treatments my skin is looking much better. No more KP, no more shaving with every shower, no more covering up during summers. U must give them a try, they have great packages to help u get to where u want to be.

What a wonderful experience. Haven’t been to the skin agency in a while, but their professionalism really shows. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and Jackie did an amazing job with my treatments. Will definitely be back!

I thought laser hair removal was expensive and painful for the longest time. Then I started hearing from people I trusted that it was the best investment they made and that it wasn’t that expensive anymore (especially when you factor in what you spend on waxing + tipping and razors for a year).
So I googled around and found this magical place with a magical woman named Alyssa who removes my hair with precision and professionalism while simultaneously making me feel warm and welcome as if we were just two friends hanging out at her job.
I will say I have had excellent results from my treatments, but go into it knowing results will vary for a variety of reasons.
Every person I’ve interacted with is knowledgable, professional, and seem genuinely happy to work there. I love the vibe of the waiting room and all the chairs/sofa are comfy. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to the skin agency for a few years now and I absolutely love them. Very clean office and welcoming staff. I get my Botox and my laser hair removal from them. I had never gotten Botox before and I wanted to be very conservative. They never try to push products on me and listen to all of my concerns!

I’ve been a customer of the skin agency since 2018! I started with laser hair removal, to Botox and now I had prf ez gel. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, I travel from Palmdale to Toluca Lake just because the customer service is outstanding and the results I’ve gotten with the treatments is top tier, let me add that nurse Sarah is the sweetest and makes you feel comfortable and continuously asks how you’re feeling through the process. I don’t plan to go to anyone else for future treatments. They are also so quick to respond to text messages and take care of questions and needs! Don’t go anywhere else you’ll find what you need here! Thank you for always taking care of me!

The Skin Agency in Toluca Lake is adorable and spotless! All the girls are super friendly and make me feel so comfortable. Nurse Jackie is amazing – she truly takes the time to explain everything and connect with you. They’re lucky to have her! Highly recommend.

They have a good list of services and excellent prices. Very good technicians that I recommend. They also lack important things for comfort, such as a warm throw to put on clients laying down for lasers because the rooms are absolutely freezing.
Plus, they don’t have a robe or terry cloth wrap. I recently got numbing cream on my shirt because of no cloth wrap for the body and the shirt is stained. They can definitely up their game when it comes to aesthetics and having simple things handy to make their clients more comfortable. Otherwise they do a good job and are very friendly.
