Love a local small woman owned business. This is a hidden gem in the heart of Toluca Lake. They have a great selection of makeup, home items, clothes and more! Tianna is extremely sweet and friendly. She always welcomes us with a smile and is ready to help with whatever we need. She will even help you pick out makeup, try it on, etc! Will always stop by here when shopping for gifts as they have a lot of unique finds. Love love love Rouge Cosmetics! Definitely visit them if you’re in the area and support.

Love this gem of a store! Had custom foundation made for me and my mom and bought matching barefoot dreams bathrobes! Foundations are perfect match and loved the skill that was used to create them! They have lots of charming hats, bags, candles and scents. And lots of fun lotions and potions too. Not to mention my fav pjs- pj salvage! My favorite new gift spot❤️

So happy to have this gem of a shop in my neighborhood. It's my go to when I need skincare, loungewear , gifts .....the two owners are lovely and so helpful. Recently Theresa came in on her day off to do my makeup for an event and it was perfect. Got my favorite PJs here, my favorite organic perfume , and the last three gifts I purchased. There are so many goodies I could easily blow every paycheck in here. Hope they are here for years to come!

I love this cute shop and the fact that there's so much parking!! I finally had a chance to check it out and I love love love it. Tianna, the owner, is very friendly and helpful! They have a lot of skin care and speciality items that are great for gifts, they even have great items for men!! I definitely have to come back to get some stuff later when it's time to gift my family and friends. I got these cute fuzzy slippers for home and they're very comfortable. It's definitely worth stopping by at and checking out, can't wait to see what other cute items they get :)

We went to a summer party at rogue cosmetics last night and it’s a little gem of a shop in the area. Lots of speciality brand cosmetics, skin care, perfume, candles and the cutest Toluca Lake totes. Highly recommend if you want a special gift for a loved one, or to treat yourself.
