They are no longer wearing masks! I came in to pick up my prescription at 5pm on a Friday. They close at 5:30. No one had a mask on. Two delivery guys and three employees. The woman at the front desk came out with no mask on and I stepped back, saying "you don't have a mask on." She said "no, it's fine." I said "no, it's not, I would prefer you have a mask on." She said "we're about to close and I was on the phone, so it's fine." (There was a full 30 minutes before they closed, not that the excuse made sense anyway.) She got my prescription and came back out still with no mask on. I'm going to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I can't in good conscience support a pharmacy that has such a lackadaisical approach to science and medicine. As much as I wanted to support a small business instead of a big chain, at least the big chains have rules that need to be followed.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, I became totally disillusioned with Costco's online pharmacy and their good prices were just not worth their horrible service. My doctor recommended that I just find a small local pharmacy near my house and I found Greywell Pharmacy in Toluca Lake. I think I'm going to be their customer for the foreseeable future because it is a pleasure to deal with them. Prices are.... well, what if I said that Greywell has the ability to underprice Costco, depending on your medication. That's right - they can beat Costco. It's a small operation which seems to strive to offer courteous, professional and personalized service at a great value. Parking is also great with several dedicated handicapped spaces. That's enough for me. I'll report back if there are any changes in my rating.

I like the way they call you to see if you will be home for your delivery and will not deliver if not there or receive special instructions from you.

After being given the runaround by CVS on multiple prescriptions, it became apparent that I need to take my business elsewhere, which is how I found Greywell. It's just as close to me as that awful CVS, and they have already impressed me with their customer service. A simple prescription that CVS had for several weeks and didn't act on took Greywell only a few hours to take care of. I'm quite happy with my choice to switch and would highly recommend you do so as well.

I recently placed a phone order for a prescription to be delivered to my home address. My prescription was delivered on the date the representative on the phone had assure me. Also, the delivery driver Harry texted me in advance to inform me what would my estimate time be for my delivery. Overall, using their service was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Manuel Molina arrived on time and provided the medication that we had requested. We were able to pay cash and he was able to make a signature stating that we had paid. We felt very confident with his care for us. Thank you so much. He was congenial and respectful and we appreciate that he arrived on time.

Amazing! But, if you're a masochist and enjoy rude people and long waits, then go to CVS instead because you won't find that here. First off, Sally is the most wonderful person in the world, she's sounds like Disneyland over the phone... always nice, happy, cheerful! I NEVER have to think about calling for my regular refills because she calls me to let me know I'm due! I love that because I always forget to call. ALL of the staff is awesome (and even easy on the eyes!) One day I came too late and a worker saw me at the door. He was in his car in the lot about to leave. Instead, he got out and asked me if I needed to pick something up. When I told him, he said, "No problem!" He then ran over to the pharmacist's car and told him. The two opened the joint up and got me my Rx! Now I ask you, do you think CVS or Rite Aide would do that? Nope! They bolt at the strike of the clock and probably hide under the counter 2 minutes before they close. Large chains don't care about customer service or reputations, whereas these guys know their biz depends on it. So, yelp reviews mean the world to them. If you're don't give them a shot to earn your business, then you're an idiot and deserve the crappy service you get from the big chains. Oh, and they actually KNOW what their giving you, as opposed to the 19 year old working the counters at big chains who spends his days on Instagram but can definitely tell you what aisle the toilet paper and batteries are in... IF he's not busy. So yah, obviously I'm all for Greywell because it's nice to see the smaller guys blow conglomerates out of the water. Only negative about them, no toilet paper or batteries. But they are close to Coffee Bean so they get bonus points for that.
