I had the worst experience at the UPS Store in Tiburon! I sent my passport to the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC via their cheapest service ($4) on May 16th, but they failed to provide me with a tracking ID. Now, my passport is lost, and I'm left with no way to trace it.
When I contacted them, they showed no responsibility and laughed at me, saying that since I paid only $4, they're not liable for the loss. They even had the audacity to tell me that I need to pay $16 to trace the package!
Unbelievable! I lost my passport and money due to their negligence. Avoid this UPS Store at all costs! They don't care about their customers' valuable items. Shameful service!

Wanted $70 to put something in a cardboard box and mail it to Columbus not that big or heavy. Do you want to waste your money go there

We came in and there was only one person in line but the person working refused to help us with a service. He just shrugged and told us too bad, we had to wait an hour to be helped. When we asked if there was another location that he would recommend he said “I don’t know”. I get staffing is limited, but don’t treat your customers this way if you want them to use your location. The Blithedale location offered to help us immediately, it’s close by so I’d recommend going there!

Evan is incredible! I had to get my fingerprints taken at a self serve kiosk in the store. I was having so much trouble getting good prints. After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. Amazing customer service, above and beyond--thank you Evan!!

All the people here are really nice and helpful. I just moved from SF and had no idea where to go to have some docs notarized and emailed as all my office supplies were still in boxes. They also practice good social distancing & have anti-bacterial hand gel. They were incredibly kind to my chatty husky who demands treats upon entering. They spoil her and give her a few treats and now this is her new favorite place to visit. lol! I'm relieved to know I don't need to drive into the city as I can now count on this store for all my office needs. Thanks guys!

Not sure if Covid is an explanation for the terrible customer experience I received from a clerk today but I decided to go elsewhere after lugging three boxes into the store to ship - it was that bad. And boy am I glad I took my business to the UPS store next to Good Earth in Mill Valley. So here's what went wrong (1) his language contained a lot of attitude right away, not anything I've experienced there before and I even ship wine to that location for a fee (2) when I came in with my second heavy box, he didn't even bother to let me know where to place it and when I asked - he rudely said "just anywhere" (3) he asked me if I shipped to the particular address before and when I said yes and told him the name, he said nope using his ups system (yes he was wrong when I told the other ups store who uses the same system) and (4) frustrated that I was being treated so poorly by the young man and told him I was not shopping with them, as I was taking my three boxes out, he proceeded to shower me with kind comments like "have a nice day". I mean talk about an a$&@ole after a customer walks away with three heavy boxes because of terrible treatment... Again - this is the only bad experience I've had with this store and remembering possibly the other guys there who had been professional and supportive before I said "please don't talk to me" in a tone that was clear to everyone in the store my displeasure. Not sure if there are any consequences or if anyone pays attentions to this review or the commotion at the store but during Covid - my attitude is that everyone, customer and store - should try extra hard to make it easier, not harder. And I'm happy to say that of all the stores I go to each day and each week - today was the only experience in front of everybody that I've had at this ups. Hope it gets better

I would give this store ten stars if I could. The staff is always extremely helpful. I had a printer crisis late today - I called and the cheerful voice on the other end of the line said just send it over and come down to pick it up. When I arrived a few minutes later, the young man was on the phone with another client - trying to help them solve a problem. He'd already printed my documents and had them ready to go! I was in and out with all my documents - organized and ready in a few moments. This is truly great service with such a positive attitude. I do ALL my mailing and printing business here - and even buy my cards and office supplies. I'm so glad we have them!

These guys are THE BEST!!!!! They know my name and all the addresses I frequently use. Never a long wait. Happily get me the cheapest rate...UPS verses USPS! Know the best packing and get the best bang for the buck. They also sell stamps. Never go to the Post Office anymore. So happy they are so close and convenient parking!!!!
