After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. “This is a wonderful local business! Z, the owner, is super helpful and very nice. I got my passport pictures taken here and he took the time to set it up and made sure I liked it. He has a good lighting and backdrop setup and has software that ensures the image would be accepted. Afterwards, he ensured I had everything I needed for my passport application and mailed it out for me. On another occasion, I brought something I needed mailed out, and he helped me package it and mailed it out for a very reasonable price. You can ship things through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL so it's a one stop shop. Thanks, Z!”

“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “Had an interesting experience at Tiburon Mail Service. Had to overnight a letter to Japan. My rate on my own 'discounted' Fedex account was $92. When Tim put it on the store's account, the same letter was only $72. This is on top of their fabulous, courteous and friendly service!”

“Great service, the team are exceptionally quick to respond and kept me updated from start to finish. 1 star off just for cost - their personal shopper rates are good! but expect the distance between the states and aus to be reflected in the price of customs + postage + exchange rate fees, it does add up (several hundreds AUD for one ~5lb item), keep that in mind! Otherwise no complaints, the team are very helpful and prompt.”
