“This is literally the last video arcade/pinball machine place in SF. While it doesn't have the exact same feel as the 90's, the options are close and I love bringing my kids there. I'm more of an arcade person and it's nice that they have one of those 100+ games in one machine. Street Fighter 2 all day everyday.”

“I am very happy I found this place. I had a specialized folded business card that was designed for me years ago by another company "X" and I was always able to reorder. However, starting 2 years ago, I had difficulty trying to contact them after leaving countless phone messages and emails from that company "X" I did get a hold of someone after trying to reach them for 2 months, and had them restock my letterhead. Then when I needed to restock my letterhead again, I called numerous times and left numerous emails, and never received any response from them. I went to another online printing company "V" to reproduce and print my letterhead. But when I contacted that company "V" to see if they reproduce my business card, sadly they said they do not do folded business cards. I tried again to reach the original company that designed my business card and finally reached a live person (after almost a year of trying). He told me company "X" had a complete personnel turnover and they got rid of most of the files of the previous clients. I then contacted AlphaGraphics after a search online and sent Jeff a sample of my business card. Jeff was very responsive and they were able to reproduce my folded business card. “These guys are awesome. Mac helped me and was amazing through the whole process. I needed to do a small batch printing for which they needed to cast a die. Other printing places were offended by my request and were quite rude, but Mac was awesome and said it was no problem. He even tracked down a graphic designer for me at a reasonable rate. We were scammed 2 out of 3 times we visited this store.
(Not sure if the very first visit is a scam.)
The price is 50 cents higher than the market price and the change is 50 cents to 1 dollar less. At first I thought it was a mistake, but on my last visit I realized it was a scam.
We went there thinking this was the only supermarket nearby, but we were impressed by how they couldn't even remember our faces and started scamming us again. If you happen to visit, Asians always check their change carefully.

“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “Had an interesting experience at Tiburon Mail Service. Had to overnight a letter to Japan. My rate on my own 'discounted' Fedex account was $92. When Tim put it on the store's account, the same letter was only $72. This is on top of their fabulous, courteous and friendly service!”

“I placed an order online for some prints and Lightsource got back to me about a week later to let me know that the paper I had requested was no longer available. I asked for a refund on the order, and they said they would get me a refund. Only complaint is that it took them over a month to issue the refund, without any sort of communication on what the status of the refund was or when it would be issued when I inquired about the refund a couple of times. A quick note that it would take a month or so to see the refund would have been much appreciated.”

After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him.
