Just moved here and my dog was itchy. Went to the local CVS and was greeted by a SUPER friendly guy who directed us to the right aisle for flea spray and happened to be at the register as we were leaving and just made the place glow.

Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid at all costs. Rude staff, long lines and even if you wait in line for 30mins...if you make it to the window at their lunch break they won't even answer a question. Do not recommend. The lead pharmacist should not be in the service business.

an employee named donald keeps on making weird remarks about my little sister and touching her with a flirty motive, my 9 yro sister is telling me she feels unsafe and uncomfortable with donald working at the cvs

A cashier by the name of Donald stares at us and says weird comments. (I’m 14 same as my friends) this is an on going occurrence and i’m starting to feel stressed and unsafe.

This review is about the Pharmacist at the Tiburon location not the store itself. The manager at CVS is wonderful. Today the Pharmacy did not accept clients until 2:10PM ( when their sign says 2PM). No problem...then I'm told that the automated system which alerts my 93 year old mother that her sleeping pills are available is evidently not correct. Then I was yelled at by the Pharmacist that she doesn't have to fill the prescription at all and can make my mother wait many days longer. I have never been treated so rudely and hope the woman Pharmacist is replaced. Truly a horrible person who appears unbalanced and possibly shouldn't be handling medication!!!

Much more expensive one cash pay medicine than other local pharmacy.Pharmacy hours are not convenient. Open up too late in the morning and closed for lunch

my medication was not in stock, they had to special order. the order came in quick. i appreciate they made an effort. however, if they wanted to impress me more if they had sent me a text to let me know my prescription had been filled once the order came in i would of been more impressed. they did try to impress me. what impressed me most? the shelving wasn't dusty in the rest of the store.

This pharmacy is very incompetent and rude. Have over charged me many times and then blame me in spite of the fact that I am fully insured and have the best insurance money can buy. The clerk today said he would continue to overcharge me because he didn't like me. Made me wait another 30 minutes to get price corrected. Pharmacist in charge was very passive and ineffective. Very unprofessional.

Linde on the phone today was super helpful to remove insurance information since it was not a covered med and even helped me find a discount code. A real keeper especially after yesterday some lady at the register (smaller Indian lady) just started yelling and told me cash paying is impossible and illegal in California. If your insurance does not cover it then you cannot get the drug is what she said. When I asked to speak with the pharmacist yesterday was told I would have to wait an hour first because she was away and then because if you want to ask for the pharmacist you have to wait in the line again. Previous lady was terrible but Linde was a savior! Linde fixed it today. Yeah Linde. Thx.

This has been my go-to pharmacy since the Sausalito location closed. They have filled my same 2 prescriptions for years & idk what the disconnect suddenly is but I was harassed and hung up on several times to get something refilled. I don't know what the attitude is here or what's causing the discrimination here, but that is ADA discrimination & now I have to speak to a lawyer about it. Maybe it's bc they've given me months of sugar pills (which I have saved to have tested) & I tried to complain about it & they never answered me. I'm pretty sure one of the pharmacists is someone named Brittany I knew from high school. So you know, Tiburon CVS (or anyone reading really) I was in fact born with Spina Bifida & have several disabilities but because of mentioned medications you've filled for years, I can live a mostly normal life. Your sudden discrimination & messing with my medications has severely debilitated my ability to function & live my life. Just because someone doesn't look disabled, doesn't mean they aren't. And what else you don't know; my health insurance is supposed to be covered for life bc of botched Navy surgeries which my parents sued Balboa Navy Hospital. My high school & family have been screwing around with my insurance info & someone named Brandy Cooper gave me a number you are blaming me for.

To slculper. Yes, people are reviewing the store so of course they are going to air their grievances!! ??? Super irritated that it took 24hours to get a prescription. staff was absolutely rude about it but, I had checked again with doctor so it was their incompetence. That said, when I went through the drive thru the young lady who helped me was lovely! She even took the time to get my pups some dog biscuits. I meant to ask her name but forgot. She gets 5 stars. The rest get 1. I can give credit where it is due.

I don't get the shade for these folks. We needed 4 prescriptions filled very quickly for a next day appointment, and these fine people came through. My feeling is people only post low ratings here to complain. Lame. Give credit where it's due, and this CVS has been nothing but helpful from customer service to pharmacy. Thanks y'all, and if you're reading this and had a great experience as well, spend 2 minutes to give 5 stars! Blessings to all ?

Called pharmacy, asked about a well known medicine. Had no idea. Finally got to speak to the pharmacist "John" if that is even his real name. Incorrect information about the medicine. Refused to identify himself. Refused to give me the store number. Refused to let me talk to the store manager - Represented himself as the store manager. When was a pharmacist ever a store manager? Not likely. Not doing business with CVS again.
