In my opinion Chase customer service is great in general but this branch is exceptional, all the employees are well trained, professional, friendly and most importantly "super" fast!Thanks for reopening this branch after Covid!

Does not give you the opening bonus, will not meet you in tiburon unless you want a safe deposit box, has very limited hours in Corte Madera, refuses to do anything on line, does not call you back, and much much more. STAY AWAY!

Really disappointed in the customer service experience with this branch. First, I called a bunch of times and no one picked up. Then I traveled down to the branch and they had just 2 people working there and about 5 people in line and it was super slow so I left. Then I called again a few days later asked if I could come in and if they could save me time by having the paperwork prepared in advance so I wouldn't have to spend an hour doing all the paperwork, and they were not helpful at all, saying it was "first come first served" (which was not what I asked; I didn't ask to cut the line, I just asked if they could have my paperwork prepared in advance to save time). Plus I'm already a customer and have spent hundreds of thousands with them over the years but they wouldn't know that because they didn't ask. I called the Corte Madera branch and it appears to be much more well run because they were very helpful and set an appointment for me to make it convenient.

Very very very poor customer service. I will never bother to go there. I wanted to deposit $2000 all $10 bills and staff insisted me to use automatic machine. I've tried machine but it got hang. Have to wait extra 15 more minutes plus hassle. I felt like I made huge mistake going there.
