“I went to buy and have installed a towing hitch for my bike rack. I made an appointment earlier in the week. There was a long line waiting but once it was my turn I was attended to quickly and they installed my rack. Afterwards they were nice enough to help me attach the bike rack. Very nice people.”

“Rented a 15' truck from them for a four day out of town move. The mirrors are only adjustable with an allen wrench, but the owner had one and was happy to help adjust them before driving off. Ride was fine, vehicle performed well, and I had no complaints about the vehicle other than the air conditioning had a tendency of turning off when driving at medium speeds and uphill. It's a 15' uhaul truck, not a family sedan, so I didn't think much of it. I mentioned this to the owner, and he apologized for the inconvenience and I am sure from his demeanor that it will be repaired. They supplied me with extra moving pads, and I was happy that they had plenty at hand. They were clean and I found no evidence of abuse or 'bbq sauce' that others have claimed. Would definitely rent from here again, it's u-haul people not a limousine service.”
