This station is expensive for gas. You can drive over the freeway and make a left on Bob Hope Drive to get to the Agua Caliente Indian gas station, which is way cheaper. Plus, if you get a minimum of 5 gallons of gas, you can get any hot or cold coffee, or smoothie at the coffee place inside the gas station. There is also a drive thru where you can get served without having to go inside.

This is a place with terrible customer service and the attendant actually told me he didn’t care that I was dissatisfied because I wasn’t his regular customer even though I’m a shell card carrier. Bad image for Shell Corp.

I am not sure what Shell station I am reading because I use various Shell stations in Palm Springs and I also used a Shell station in San Diego recently. The Shell station that I enjoy the most is located in Palm Springs at the corner of Ramon and Gene Autry drive. The reason is there is not a cash or credit price the price that you see is either one and I like that because I always use a credit card that earns me extra miles for using the card and it's nice to not worry about paying a surcharge however other Shell stations I use are also nice it's just a matter of selecting the right amount and deciding what you want to pay shell has an agreement with fuel rewards and with Ralph's grocery stores and together I'm able to save money and also every Tuesday fuel rewards works with T-Mobile to save anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon extra so it's very impressive to be able to save money in various ways

I was here at this service station with two members of my immediate family, my mother Wanda, and my brother just older than me by about 22 months, Eric Todd.We were here in the early night, going home to Bakersfield, CA., U.S.A..I cannot be certain, however, it seems that this service station at the time we were there, may have been a Circle K service station, this was on December 31st, 1993, travel laboring all-in-one long day into the night, via U.S. Interstate Hwy. 10, in one section, from Deming, New Mexico, with a stop at 3090 North Toltec Road in Eloy, Arizona, U.S.A., a Carl's Jr..The cashier/clerk that was working there mentioned something in his brief conversation about "going to The Emergency Room", although I do not think that he meant he himself, or any of us that needed to go there. This was the second time westward travel for us on U.S. Interstate 10, which began at the merge junction of Interstate Hwy. 20 and U.S. Interstate Hwy. 10, inside the Big Bend enough region of the state of Texas.I gave this specific area the title name "GRAND FORKS JUNCTION, TEXAS, U.S.A.".So, there it be, a pleasant journey, although about 1,614 miles in total length, one way, and second time. The first time was in February or March year 1983, and the second time was December 29th, 1993 through December 31st, 1993, arriving home in Bakersfield, California, U.S.A., on New Years Eve, year 1993, New Years Day 1994, the next day.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A friend and I went inside and asked the cashier for the key to the bathroom to which he responded saying it was out of service. So we go outside and I begin to get my wallet out to get gas. He followed me outside and asked me if I was getting gas and I said yes. Then he told me he profiled me and assumed I wasn't purchasing anything and that's why he lied about the bathroom being out of service. After finally using the bathroom I inserted my card to use the gas and the screen kept freezing and wouldn't let me put in my pin to get the gas. So I ended up having to go somewhere else. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service and broken pumps.

I just went into the station to ask if they sell lottery tickets and the man behind the counter said “What’s that?” SO RUDE!! Patronize another place. The Chevron across the street is nice.
