Terrible customer service No courtesy they take no responsibility for there lousy mistakes customers are the one suffering what a lack of management trying to blame on customer rather being apologetic very bad experience the lady I have spoken has nasty attitude. Beware when you deal with this people.

!!!!!Be aware!!!! My back window was broken. I purchased a scoop of rock and the man was loading to close to my window. rocks hit my glass and cracked I heard the rock hitting my glass but I trust it this was my mistake the man has 20 years experience i have none. I trusted my truck to you you should of known better . I got home and when I was unloading my window just pop into a million pieces . My fault I should have checked the glass when I heard the rock . But if you are in this business you should be more knowledgeable and know better . Now I have to replace my glass maybe the next thing for Sepúlveda is tell the man to at least put piece of cardboard to protect or something for the folks like me that have no experience on this transactions. !! Mucho cuidado!!! Me quebraron mi ventana yo compré una carga de piedra y lo primero que note que el señor estaba dejando caer la piedra muy cerca de mi vidrio y escuche una piedra pegarle a mi ventana . Y yo por menso no revice el vidrio pero si el señor tiene 20 años de experiencia debería saber mejor hacer su trabajo. Por lo menos tengan un cartón o algo para proteger mi error fue mi confianza I mi inexperiencia y claro el vidrio se quebró completamente hasta después cuando estaba en casa. Y ya no estaba en su yarda . Solo un consejo proteja su ventana nada cuesta . Ami me costó mi vidrio el confiar.

During this time of social distancing and the “stay at home” order I’ve spent a great deal of time improving my landscape. I’m so happy that Sepulveda Bldg Supply was open and had so many options to choose from! The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They have pointed out the proper sealer for our paving stones and suggested how to apply it. Now the stones look beautiful.

Very knowledgeable of the material their, employees are very helpful. And even give extra help even if it's up 110 degrees outside. For being a homeowner and not knowing allthe steps on how to install certain things they were very knowledgeable and gave me guidelines on what I can do as an example they did explain now they're not contractors and it's just an opinion and more of a guideline to help me to do my project at home. All in all it was a good experience even though they aren't licensed contractors they gave me good advice.

Will never recommend this company after the stunt they tried to pull. If you dont tell a customer thst the concrete barrels is only two hours. Then the concrete was more water then concrete. Had to drain most of it. Bad mix
