I'm not one to really write reviews, however I had a great experience dealing with Amelia. She's so cheery, helpful and has an all around great vibe. Compared to the other grouchy employees it's like a breath of fresh air. Most truck stops have cold nonchalant employees that seem so indifferent. It was so nice to get they level of customer service. Will definitely come back here.

Only one person at the desk for everything, fuel, food, scales, etc. Not efficiently ran. Only go there if I have to. It's not the person's fault who works there, but rather flying J management.
Place is really only good for the bathrooms and a place to park

I will never step foot in this place again, I have lost faith in every employee that works at this location. Long story short my shower was cut short by a loud aggressive male employee pounding on the door and hollering in the hallway. With no evidence at all he has the audacity to accuse me of being a theft . As I’m standing wet naked and extremely shocked trying to explain that there is obviously a HUGE misunderstanding the commotion attracts 2 more employees who dive right in on lets mentally damage, and verbally humiliate publicly this young lady who is an innocent customer. When I presented the receipt for the shower I did not receive an apology form any employee instead I was told not to come back to this store clearly because all employees employed by Flying J are ignorant judgmental Individuals that abuse the little bit of control given to attack innocent customers as valuable use of their time spent on the clock.

They take a long time to clean the showers been there for 1 hour and no one cleans the shower so going to a other truck stop for a shower very poor place sucks

Seemed to have plenty of parking later in the day so that was good. No wait on shower so got right in. I couldn’t get the door to open with my code but the guy let me in. Didn’t get a washcloth either but shower and everything looked clean. Also got the truck washed basically next door. Ladies were super nice as well. Seems like they definitely try here for sure which is great!

They don’t open the laundry Saturday the may 11th they say the room stays closed today not good place dear Adam Wright do it right.!

RV pump station does not work. “Network Error” prevents credit card use. No way to use cash. Great idea if it worked.

It's not very good even for a Flying J. Pilot/Flying J, you can do better. I won't fuel at this location again.

This guy thrown breadsticks in plastic bag . When I asked why you didn’t put in pizza box he started to laugh and swear .. well no wonder people leaving this state … horrible customer service .

Needed fuel so stopped in early this morning…other than the truck drivers NOT pulling forward after they fuel, the experience was great.Grabbed this tea and I had spare change so while I was counting it out to pay for the tea, one of the guys working threw in has change really cool of that Pilot/Flying J worker!!!Bathroom was clean, store was clean, great customer service, stop in!!Drivers please be courteous of other drivers and pull Forward-after you fuel some of us have things to do!!!
