I had a long wait even though they had 3 representatives in the store as it wasn't there fault as they give customers their full attention.Ricardo was great in solving my issues. “I got the screen on my Motorola One Fusion Plus replaced within three days. I ordered the screen through the shop on 11/19/23 and had it put on 11/22/23. The staff are super friendly and the shop is in the mall; no better than that. Get your screen replaced in an hour and check out the mall in the meantime. ??”

“I was very pleased with the help of Ky....., (Kyera?) with re-activating my iPhone 15, and my watch, even in buying a replacement charger for it. She even tried doing a specific request of mine to get rid of a 203 area code, but doing so would terminate the protection plan after the swapping of phone numbers I needed to keep. I wanted to buy her dinner for such help, over and beyond the call of duty, but she politely declined. She helped me with my complicated situation very willingly. Best customer service!”

They charge me $44 a month instead of the $100 a month my other carrier was charging. So I'm saving almost $60 a month. Go check them out. Might save you money too.”
