“What a fabulous Customer Service experience with Carlos in the Meat Dept. I am a regular at Stater Brothers in La Quinta. It is the only market that smells fresh when you walk in. I had unexpected guests coming for Christmas dinner. I went to Stater Brothers in La Quinta & was not disappointed. Wow, Carlos was great, he was very patient at a high stress time, Christmas. I purchased a 6 lb. Prime beef tenderloin. It was delicious. My guests were very impressed. Keep up the great work Stater Brothers. You have a loyal customer in my family.”

“I was happy with my experience, but their online app and multiple fees are a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, they seem to be the only game in town, as far as credit unions are concerned. There are some bugs in the system, but I'm making it work. So, 4 stars out of 5... not bad.”
“I was originally a Wash Mutual customer for many years and found the Chase change a little off putting at first. Thanks to the friendly and competent help from personal bankers and manager at the new Stater Bros market location I have become a big fan. There have been several instances where my wife and I could not get responsive customer service from the 800 line. We learned that if you go in person, the staff there will personally assist you and correct any problems. They are a true advocate of their customers!”

The branch manager brandi and Jose were fantastic in dealing with a scam on my account from someone who got both my debit card and bank info. They caught it right away and called me.. And then got the charges reversed.. Also a shout out to Bonnie in accounting. This is a great bank that will give you a lot of personal attentis . Thank you to all there !!!!”

“Chevron with Techron! Lol I love this place, I actually prefer this brand of oil over the other gas stations in general. Customer service is A1. I love the snacky snacks they have in here. Gas price isn't too high. Usually a median price range for the area. And whenever I come it's a quick in and out. None of that 'standing behind someone who is buying a trillion scratchers' business here. Lines move quickly no matter how many people are standing in line, which I appreciate almost as much as how clean and well stocked they are inside. ***YES, they sale scratchers here lol 10/10”

“Went to this location on Ramon the other day to deposit some cash ...I use the ATM a lot go in every once in a while. I was surprised that there was at least 25 people in line on a Tuesday at around 1100 am. Atm was super busy also. From my observation it seemed more of the clientele that was making things move so slow. The tellers were very nice and the place was clean. It's kind of very sterile in my opinion...no furniture....not warm and inviting. Standing room only. But they are open and I appreciate that. Convenient since two other B of As are no longer open. Plenty of parking.”
