By far the worst tow company I have ever had to deal with. Both drivers were good. Dispatch is nonexistent, communication is nonexistent! I waited 2 plus hours for tow to show up, then was told that the driver was not going to haul truck strait to the repair shop. It would be held in the yard till the next driver came on and would be delivered by noon. I had to call to keep getting status updates. The truck was finally delivered at 6:20 pm to the repair shop. Thank god the shop owner is family, he stuck around to receive the truck, at that point I was told that I owed $168.00 for mileage over my AAA membership miles. They had all day to covey this to me but waited till they were at the shop. Very unprofessional, management at this company is a joke. DO NOT USE!

I called in at 12:30am for a lockout this past Sunday. Was told someone would be out within 40 minutes. No one ever came out and further calls went to voicemail.

If you've ever been stranded in need of a tow, you know its not fun. If you've ever been stranded in need of a tow 20 mins outside of Palm Springs in the pitch black night on the freeway, you know that life is really putting your sanity to the test. My car decided the CA-111 was the perfect spot to give out, stranding my party of 4 after a couple days in Palm Springs. After a consultation with AAA the estimated tow truck pickup time would be 12:15, which I was not fond of considering it was about 9:30 at night. I decided to call this towing service to see if that estimated time was actually accurate--this is where the story takes a turn for the better. The extremely kind and professional gentleman that picked up was named Sunny. Sunny told me of the 5 calls that came in at once and how I was unlucky number 4 but he was the one coming to get me. He told me it'll be about two hours from the current time (10:45pm) and that he would come as soon as possible. Without going into unnecessary detail, Sunny helped us out tremendously that night and my party and I were able to get to sleep much sooner than expected. He dropped my car off at the mechanic I had chosen and was very communicative throughout the entire process. You saved our backs (and our sleep) that night Sunny, and for that you have my gratitude.
