I was out of town when I received a call from Luis informing me that I had incorrectly locked my unit. Being too far away while taking care of my grandmother, I couldn’t return to fix the issue in a quick manner. Luis made sure he got my unit secured with a new lock, and held the keys at the front desk for my pickup. Couldn’t be more relieved! Gotta commend this location for making the decision to hire competent, friendly, caring staff. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Luis was great! His energy and straightforward communication was very much appreciated. The pricing for the unit was competitive as well. Luis explained everything and we felt very comfortable making Devon Storage our storage place of choice.

Just rented a unit for the first time at this location after trying another lack luster unit down the road - not only is the price $100 less than what I was previously paying, but the customer service is x100 better!!
I was confused how the process went at first, but Luis was absolutely wonderful help, and not to mention had the perfect humor and was very kind and sweet!! 10/10 first impression. Love the unit!
