“All Star Glass is the preferred windshield repair company for Mercury Auto Insurance. I scheduled an appointment for a chip repair in the windshield. The technician examined the chip and explained upfront that for that type of chip it would not disappear completely, but the repair would stop it from getting bigger. The technician drove my vehicle inside their work area and returned 30 minutes later. As I was told, the chip was still visible, although a little less than before the repair. I am happy that I will not have to worry about the chip becoming bigger or turning into a crack. I was told I could drive the car immediately with no restrictions and could even take it through a car wash right away. Overall, a straightforward experience.”

They do the best work of all the local car washes and I always make sure to take my 3 vehicles there. Sometimes they will be super busy but I just walk over and shop at Albertsons, pick up my dry cleaning or grab a taco in the same shopping center. “I’m not sure about the low ratings maybe because people buy cars that have sensors which cost more to calibrate. Imagine being poor and owning a car which cost more to maintain ?. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson is very basic which resulted paying $350 before taxes for a windshield replacement. The turn around time was a little over an hour having scheduled mid day.Overall, I’m satisfied by the techs, warranty and the customer service.”
