I would highly recommend this company, as they do a great job at communicating back and forth to get you same day service. “My experience with these requested reviews is they fall into the abyss. You seldom get a response to the review you submitted. It leaves me wondering did anyone read or weigh in on what I took the time to write? Nonetheless here I go.
I’ve been to FIX twice.. both times the service and staff have been delightful. The ‘garage’ is immaculate. And both times the body and paint repairs have been pristine. They also made the inside of my car smell great.. I have no idea what it is.
The only ‘beef’ with my experience is that when I went to pay for the repair using an AMEX, I was told there with be an additional 3% charge. Perhaps when they called to let me know my car was ready, the courteous thing to have done was to inform me of the credit card charge prior to my coming in. I would have come with the ability to pay cash. It felt a little shady on their part. It poses the question… am I able to credit the AMEX and pay with cash?
As a man of principle, out of 5 *’s I would need to give FIX 4*’s.”

“They replaced my windshield in twenty minutes. Average price, about the same as my research showed me it would be. Seems to be a good job so far, no additional wind noise, and they installed an OEM windshield. Basically looks identical to before, except, you know, no cracks.”

“I10 Autobody completed a $20,000 repair to my 2024 Ford truck. This was done after an accident that was not my fault. This was a very in-depth repair that involved replacing the entire bed and multiple sub components. I cannot highlight the professionalism, quality, and timely communication enough. Adam was very quick to respond to all of my questions and keep me updated along the way. He even worked to have my entire truck bed expedited from Ford to the shop to begin installation. I was legitimately impressed when I first saw the truck after the repairs had been made. It looked like it was a brand new vehicle. The paint was perfectly matched and the shop clearly did not cut any corners. They even took the time to thoroughly clean out the interior before I drove it home. “My tire got a flat on the freeway and I was stranded.A Good Samaritan stopped to help me look for a tire shop but it was late and everything was already closed Luckily we found a number that said tire service I call the owner and he told the man who was helping me to bring the tire to him even though he was already closed he kindly agreed to help me wow he did a huge favor God bless this man business there are very few people like him honest and doing great work I recommend him ? ??”
