“Wow, it's been such a long time when I first talked to Bill in 2007, after we bought a cabin up in Lake Arrowhead. When we bought the cabin i did not know Bill . Two weeks after the purchase and escrow already closed I received a phone call that the insurance company we assigned could not ensure the cabin. I was in shock that I had to find another company! Back then you had to look in the Yellow Pages to find insurance . After calling many insurance agents and not getting anywhere , I dialed "Bill Youngblood insurance agency" .Bill and me had a great conversation , with him explaining home insurance including getting it at great price! Bill and me have been friends ever since! “Even though I was told incorrect DMV information by counter girl..... I shall assume she did not understand what I was asking. I broke it down with 3 examples. Nothing. Broke it down what she said and told her that was illegal because it was theft. 2 other workers were staring at her as if telling her, Shut your mouth,he is right! It is always quick and friendly here. Best place (and Kiosks) to do DMV transactions.”

“I buy and sell a lot of motorcycles, not as a business, more of an obsession. Anyway I always go to the Auto Club office in La Quinta to register them. Everyone is always extremely helpful, and if you go close to their opening time of 9 am you can usually get in quickly. Last week I wanted to register an out-of-state motorcycle, which means it has to be brought there in person so they can verify the VIN number along with the engine number and frame number. Many, many thanks to Denean Laitinen and Zach who came out in the sun to search the bike for these rather obscure numbers. Zach was very creative with finding and reading the engine number, which was buried under wires and frame arms. They were both super-friendly and helpful and we were all almost enjoying the process. This is a wonderful service and I for one appreciate it, and the staff greatly!”
“This 5 star applies to Ruby as she has helped me since I obtained insurance with Fred Loya always respectful and patient, she helped me and Is very customer service oriented, sadly I tried getting help from two rude individuals yesterday evening who gave me the worst service, and their attitudes are unacceptable, I am so disappointed as up until yesterday I was so happy with my insurance and have recommended friends and family but yesterday just left me with a sour taste, I hope these people can be trained properly to deal with the public”

“I was rear-ended in an accident going in to LA. The party at fault had USAA, which partners especially with places like Caliber collision, but I was recommended to this i10 collision from a reliable friend, so I chose them.
This was an excellent recommendation, as I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. They were and continue to be clear and communicative about all aspects of the process, which is such a relief for someone that didn't know the repair process at all.
The entire crew did a great job, but Kai especially deserves an individual shout-out. From the beginning of the repair, to me texting him about details of the repair months later to help me sell the vehicle, Kai has gone above and beyond to make me feel satisfied and comfortable in what started as an extremely frustrating situation.
Truly, thank you again i10 Collision, and I'm sorry that I didn't write this review earlier.
P.S.:
For anyone who hasn't gone through the experience of getting your vehicle repaired by another insurance company, you can choose your repair shop, ask for the insurance company to pay for a rental vehicle, and ask to file a Diminution of Value form after the repair to reimburse you for value lost beyond the repaired amount due to vehicle's accident status.”
