He pretty much knew what was going wrong with our washer but heard me out, patiently, and talked me through everything. He ordered the part and a week later came back to 100% fix our washer. I highly recommend All Valley Appliance Repair and hope you get Dwayne also. ?”

“Marc Loera's sales & service was great. I had many questions and he looked up, printed and answered all of them. I purchased a product shown on the floor that I wouldn't have thought to buy. Pacific Sales has the best showroom in the desert. I believe I got a better product for the money buying from Pacific Sales. There was an issue with delivery (factory didn't have available before original delivery date). Marc streamlined the new delivery date & the driver/installers were prompt, courteous & knowledgeable.All in all, even after the one hiccup, I am very satisfied. I have Marc to thank.”

Back in January I had to do an emergency repair for one of my customers, but every other supplier I called lacked knowledge of the part I needed, or did not have the part in stock. When I called Austin Industries, Stan answered the phone right away. He was extremely knowledgeable, told me exactly what I needed, and I received the part by 8am the next morning. Even with overnight shipping expenses, Austin Industries was a lot more affordable than all the other suppliers quoted. I have used Austin Industries since then and will continue to use them. “Wow! What a great experience I had working with John D at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. He was professional, patient and provided a great customer experience. The plumbing problem I had was challenging and involved old parts. It wasn't a quick fix. John never gave up and involved the manufacture as well as other on-hand experts to weigh in on the problem. He spent quality time working with me, which in the end produced a positive result. One more thing, being a woman, I have at times felt disrespected in this male dominated industry. John didn't go there nor did anyone else that I encountered at Ferguson. I was valued just like every other professional that walked in the door. “I am updating this review based on my latest interaction with Birch. Our microwave stopped working. Pirch coordinated it with local repair company for them to pull out the unit and re-install it after it was repaired ( as it requires more than one person and repair company wanted to change us several hundred dollars to send a second person). The crew of Ricardo, Zach and Joel took it upon themselves to work us in at the very end of their day to reinstall the unit. We really appreciate their willingness to go way above what was required. Thanks again for the great service.”

“Great store usually over crowded. It's not easy to find help most of the time. Most of the staff is usually friendly and helpful but, not always knowledgeable. It's almost impossible to get help on the phone ?.”

“Went to Leland to get help fixing a gas leak. He sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem but who did not do the underground work to fix it . Leland sent me to Steve Schick who came out, diagnosed the issue and through some creative plumbing work, resolved the problem. That in my opinion is stellar service. greatly appreciated!”

“Renting for a month and last minute the unit needed a new fridge. Connected via phone with Jim a sales representative who returned a call promptly. Based on his intel, went to the store and ordered a new fridge within 30 minutes. Jim was detail oriented, courteous and a real pro to deal with under the circumstances.Even in a 'big box' store, nice to get friendly, personal service. Thanks Jim!”
