Urgent care visit $84. I swear she did not even take his temperature. Another $78.50 for probiotics. At least that made sense. Not helping though. 24 hrs. He has painful bloody diarrhea. I asked for a fecal. $170. They could not? would not? did not collect his stool. I have to do that. She is NOT listening to me, keeps saying ""Oh, he has stress diarrhea from going on a camping trip?" No. He is sick. I have stress. Day 5 of yelping in pain. Diarrhea everywhere. Do you really think I'd spend all this money if all he needed was a little pumpkin? I don't know what to tell you. Samaritans? It's all profiteering. They're no different than anyone else.

After trying to do the Snip Bus for weeks to no avail, I went to Animal Samaritans. This outfit was amazing. The clinic was clean, empathetic to animals, and very professional. Our cat is doing great and we are so happy we were able to get her spayed finally and at a reasonable price. Thank you Animal Samaritans! You live up to your name!

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my best friend and the one of the best dogs I've ever been lucky enough to know. The entire staff here was so sympathetic and understanding. Thank you all! You made a very difficult time a little easier.

Unfortunately we had to use Animal Samaritans twice during the last week of our dogs life.
We initially took her in because she wasn’t walking well and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Klonhaus was our vet. His communication was great and came up with a treatment plan that made sense.
Unfortunately our dog declined rather rapidly and we ended up back at the urgent care a few days later. We met with Dr. Boone who patiently and compassionately went through our treatment options with us, and we ultimately made the tough decision to put her down. She was very kind and honest with us, which we greatly appreciated.
It’s not cheap, but nowhere is anymore and we feel like our dog got better care than other places we have been in the valley.
