I LOVE the rise gummies and the mushroom gummies. I absolutely notice a difference with focus and energy (not caffeine type energy but just feel better during the day energy). I also take the super greens because who doesn’t need more greens in the day. Just saw the new Shilajit gummies and I am going to try them on my next purchase!
