Good place, excellent maintenance, the manager is attentive and very friendly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just moved into a two bedroom townhouse. The details on their upgrades are stellar. Subway tile in the kitchen, quartz countertops etc. The Manager and Asst Manager went above and beyond (I moved cross country). The location is amazing, I can can walk to all major shopping.

Wilbur Oaks is located very close to the Janss Marketplace and the Oaks Regional Mall where you will find endless shopping, entertainment, and dining possibilities. The Thousand Oaks business district is just minutes away, and there is easy access to the 101 and 23 freeways. Bus service is also available from Wilbur Oaks to all of the Conejo Valley area.
