After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to try Mike/White Oak Mercedes. I just needed a service B and really can no longer afford the dealership prices, just labor alone is ridiculous. And the dealership always seems to find that something extra that they say needs to be done when I take it in. Ugh! Mike is so attentive & on top of what needs to be done with no extra surprises. Plus he was able to take me an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment which was wonderful. This is my first visit with Mike and it certainly will not be my last. I am a happy customer. Super nice guy, great to communicate with & fantastic service all around. Plus he also gave me an unexpected discount. I highly recommend Mike/White Oak Mercedes. Thank you Mike. I will see you again~

WOW WOW WOW! I can't say enough..... Mike is AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE & most of all super HONEST. I met him for the first time last week for my 2015 GL450 and let me tell you, he was so on point with his service and recommendation. It's so hard now a days to find a really good mechanic/technician who you can trust and MIKE just exceeds all of your expectations. Mike is a GREAT technician, intelligent, humble, reliable and TRUTHFUL. I couldn't be happier to have found him and I definitely recommend him prior to any Mercedes Dealership......THANK YOU Mike for your work and honesty I really appreciate you and your amazing business. White Oak Mercedes is a breath of fresh air, as Mike the young Mercedes Trained Owner tackled a very tough problem, on my 1999 SLK. I needed a fresh Mercedes Dealership Trained shop to service, a sudden problem on my favorite whip. My car started intermittently misfiring between cylinders 1 and 2. The car would limp during the failure, but would roar normally after restarting the engine. This older model's codes identified the fault but not the reason. Mike was challenged enough that he kept the car a couple of times for the day and worked through it with a fine-tooth comb. The second time I was expecting him to keep the car overnight, but Mike energetically called me after a couple of hours and said he was 100% sure he found this intermittent problem. Sure enough, I have been pounding it for weeks now and not even a hint of a problem. Mike is bright, hungry and a tenacious Mercedes Specialist! White Oak Mercedes is my go-to Mercedes Service Facility.

I have a 2001 E Class Mercedes that I only bring here. Mike at White Oak takes care of me and always fits me in when its convenient for me. My car broke down on a Sunday night, I had it towed to his shop and he had it ready for me by my lunch break on Monday. Very fast service and very reasonable pricing after getting quotes from other shops in the area and dealerships.

I recently had my car serviced at White Oak Mercedes and I am extremely pleased with the results. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the repair work was completed quickly and efficiently. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a good independent shop to take care of my SL63. Brought my SL to Mike at White Oak Mercedes for an A service and chatted with him the entire time about the car - the man clearly knows his Mercedes (including all the oddball quirks of different models). He did the service by the book (including evac of old oil as spec's by MB) and used the MB branded oils spec'd for my particular AMG. Mike even picked up that I may have had a bad motor mount based on the flex in the air intake piping. I asked him to replace the mounts and sure enough he was right - the old mount had given up and was leaking. Car is buttery smooth now. My new MB Indy shop!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I had to in this case. If you own a Mercedes Benz your doing yourself a disservice if you don't take your car to this shop. Mike is Honest, Reliable, fair, does exactly what he promised. The shop is immaculate. Nelli the young lady at the front desk is very pleasant and kind. I have a 2009 550SL, I'm very pleased with the service.

What a breath of fresh air of professionalism at White Oak Mercedes.After years of dealing with various Mercedes dealerships that just treat you as a number, I am glad I came across this repair facility/ I met Mike, their lead technician this past week when I stopped in to ask about their services.He looked my car over and spent twenty minutes explaining what was wrong with my S550. He did a thorough inspection and explained what should be repaired first. He then completed the repair in a timely manner and at a fair price. Quality and customer service seem to be very important to Mike.I am a tough reviewer on Yelp and say it as it is and in this case I have never been more satisfied with a repair facility than I was this week.

He has kept our cars running so smoothly and has always explained what needed to be done and why when we needed repairs or service. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix our cars which is why we followed him when he moved to Thousand Oaks.

I stumbled upon this place online and decided to take a chance on it and I am so happy I did. The owners are very welcoming and the technician was very knowledgeable on Mercedes and took time to make sure that he found the source of the shakiness I was feeling with my car. I thought I was going to be spending a fortune because I had received quotes from other businesses with outrageous prices but he was able to keep the cost down. My wallet and my car are happy with this visit and I am so thankful my car is no longer giving me any problems.

The team at White Oak Mercedes just saved my life. My car broke down in the pouring rain and they arranged for me and my car to be picked up and taken to their shop. They immediately figured out the problem and got to work. One of the owners, Moe, poured me a cup of tea and kept me company while his team worked on my car. I don't think I have ever experienced this level of service at any body shop / mechanic. All I have to say is Whoa Moe!!! Thanks guys.
