Marcus went above and beyond to get my husband's prescription filled. He even took the time to call his insurance. After getting the run around with my husband's doctor we appreciated him helping us out. Thank you Marcus!!

Understaffed and undertrained. Called looking for an earwax kit and the cashier said "i dont know if we have that, i dont know where it would be. But i know we sell stuff like that." I came to the store and found it myself, in the ear care, sensibly. Been standing at checkout for 5 minutes with it and no cashier in sight.

Although I had a couple of unhelpful encounters in this pharmacy but today it was very different I met with SAlma, and excellent Pharmacist who went far and beyond to help me find a treatment, Athought it was late at night but she did it with a helpful smile, excellent experience

When my young daughter and I walked into the store we were greeted by a smiling employee. We were there to pick up holiday photo prints so we bee-lined to the photo center. Turns out I had never completed my order the night before Angie was so patient and helpful. I was able to use the app to submit the order and saw that I was supposed to come back later that night to pick them up. Angie rang me up and said that she would get it done now. Meanwhile several other guests came in asking for help with their holiday cards and prints. Angie took care of all of us simultaneously and only had a positive attitude. I got the prints in minutes and left a super happy customer. There are only a few places that still do in store pick up (vs delivery, which takes weeks). If you want quick service for prints and holiday cards Walgreens on Ventu is your spot!

shame on these ppl ..... this pharmacy is the absolute worse i needed my insulin asap last night... they had my dr on hold and told them they have 2 other phone orders ahead of them and to call back and leave a vm my dr office called and left a detailed message and when i called the pharmacy 4x thoughout the night they said there was no vm so not only did they tell my dr they won't take the live prescription call but they have the audacity to tell them to call in a voice message that clearly they might not get shame on them....

Absolutely rude pharmacy staff and drive thru line is joke. It would get to my house faster if they mailed it. They need more people working. I'm done with this pharmacy

This location is seriously so bad, the only reason we use this pharmacy instead of CVS is they are the only local pharmacy with a drive-thru. The most recent annoyances- - the pharmacy literally never answers the phone (one time I let it ring for 30 minutes, another time 10 minutes...) and the automated system doesn't always have the answers you need or work correctly. - we never got an alert that my husband's antibiotics were ready and, like I said, no one answers the phone, so I finally just drove there. Turns out they weren't ready because they only had one bottle of the ear drops that were prescribed and were planning to text us in a day or two when the second bottle came in. I would think that a pharmacist would see a prescription for antibiotic pills and antibiotic ear drops and would think to call us, explain the situation, and ask if we wanted to pick up what was available rather than waiting days to start a course of antibiotics, but apparently not. - the COVID testing is a joke. We arrived at our appointment time to discover that the person who does the testing was on a break - what exactly is the point of making an appointment at a specific time then? Once she came back the whole process was tedious, annoying, and took forever, nothing like the seamless process at the old state site in TO that unfortunately shut down recently. It took her nearly 10 minutes to get our paperwork ready (again, not sure why they bother to have you make an appointment if not to prep this in advance), then instructed me to stay in front of the drive-thru window while I administered all the tests. At this point, myself and my 3yo and 5yo kids were subjected to aggressive, hostile, and honestly frightening verbal abuse from the man behind us in line who was upset it was taking so long, and who eventually pulled up beside us in the narrow drive-thru lane to scream expletives at us through the windows (his were open) despite the fact that I explained to him multiple times to take up his issues with the store, not me, as I was just following instructions. I really don't understand why Walgreens doesn't have people who are there for testing pull forward so others can go through the lane for prescription pick-ups. After all that, I got a text from the store that our test samples were ready for us to pick up (???!!!), so I don't even know if they will be sent to the lab for processing or what. I'd call to ask, but see the first point listed above for how successful that will be.

The Walgreens pharmacy drive through on Ventu is horrible. We're left stuck in line waiting to get helped. This customer service has got to get better. There should be a time limit on how long any car has to wait. Figure this out Walgreens!

Exceptionally rude staff. The pharmacy staff come off as artificial. The manager dude comes off as a creep and I've seen him very rude to his staff. If you want a bad experience, here is the place to find one. It's not just me whose saying this. Look at the countless other people who are hurt by this place. Averaging 2.5 stars as a pharmacy? I'd be careful even stepping in.

I've had a good experience with this Walgreens. We love the drive-Thru especially now with Covid. I'm sad that our insurance plan changed and we can't go here any longer. Thanks to all the pharmacy team members you've been so helpful.

What idiots! My wife got a FedEx package sent here. We have the same name, same address on my ID, I even had the email my wife sent me directing me to pick up the package and yet they refused to let me pick it up. I'm so sorry that my wife is too busy running a hospital during COVID to deal with your ridiculousness. I'm so sure that your little policy is vastly more important than using intellect and logic to see that I'm picking up a package for my wife while she's busy saving lives. Oh yeah, shall we talk about how you gave my wife a bunch of bitchy attitude when she came in after 15hours of saving lives!?? Thanks for the great Christmas spirit. #logic #intellect #stupidity #customerservice

In this midst of this stressful pandemic my father and I were greeted by a young man named Mark who proceeded to show us great customer service. We do not frequent this location but we're very pleased by the way Mark went out of his way to help us identify what we needed in an expedited manner.

This store experience doesn't deserve any star at all. This is not a business it's an atrocity. if you want an awful experience at an awful pharmacy with an awful store that refuses communication or any assistance, the epitome of the oposite of customer service, by all means go to this walgreens. If you want to be prescribed an antidepressant and an anti anxiety drug that you never needed before in your life, go to this walgreens, it will give you both anxiety and depress you! Better yet, protect your health and mental state and just stay away from this store.

The pharmacist here is so very very lovely. Mind you this pharmacy is EXTREMELY BUSY, but they are ALL truly NICE!! It is so worth it to have an EXCELLENT pharmacist at a busy pharmacy. It just means that they are good at their job(s) and treat the customer/patient with RESPECT!
