Called and texted asking about a charge at Target. When I told the guy that I've never heard of Wescom, he just hung up without saying anything. Might just have the wrong number or maybe a scammer.

What a great branch! Everyone I encounter here in Thousand Oaks is always so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Especially during these uncertain times, they take everyone's safety as a top priority! I've never had an issue when visiting this branch, and if I ever did, I'm confident they'd do their very best to assist me. Perfect example! I needed a transaction done, it was Friday and I was running late. I was heading out of town for the weekend and it needed to be done that evening!! I called ahead and asked if they could help me, I arrived 5 TILL 6 and they made it happen! NOW, I'm not saying go in 5 till to do your banking haha, but just one of MANY examples of their exceptional customer service. Even under the masks, I enjoy seeing their "smiling" faces every time I visit. Keep up the great work providing the BEST banking experience in ALL of Thousand Oaks! 10/10

Quite possibly the most incapable business I have EVER dealt with! HORRIBLE customer service. Have been trying to make changes to my account for MONTHS. They can't even handle a simple address change. Have called at least 50 times - am always promised a call back that day - and no one ever returns my calls. They require documents to be sent via email and don't respond to that either. Extremely frustrating and I give up. I will NEVER work with this business again!

The customer service is second to none and I love being greeted by name! The manager of the branch comes out at times to greet the customers by name! I’m super impressed with this branch.

I have been doing business with Wescom since I was old enough to have an account. I followed my parents lead who have been banking with Wescom since the G.T.E. days. I normally do my banking at the Simi Valley branch where there is NEVER a line, NEVER an issue and NEVER ANY BAD ATTITUDES! I visited the Thousand Oaks Branch recently which left me bewildered, frustrated and concerned for Member and Employee safety. After waiting 15-20 minutes for help, I was finally assisted by the Branch Manager Alex who was extremely rude and very careless with his BANK KEYS. He left his office to complete my request and left his BANK KEYS behind UNATTENDED. I worked in Retail Banking for 15 years and now work in Corporate Security, this is appalling and should never happen. His carelessness puts his staff and members at risk. I have filed a formal complaint with Wescom, hopefully they address the matter. Since my complaint Alex has reached out to my Mom and advised her to remove me from her accounts. He has violated privacy policies by discussing my personal business. This behavior may be expected from a retail bank but not from a credit union and especially Wescom. Its amazing how one person can affect a trusted brand.

I do not know what this issue is with this location of Wescom. For some reason they always have an attitude and no intention of helping the customer. This is the third time they have failed to help me properly. I'll keep driving an hour away to the branch who always takes care of me.

Been loyal to Wescom since the late 1990s, when the ole location was in Westlake Village behind KFC. It was a difficult move when they relocated to 1000 oaks Blvd and now the Hillcrest address is run by a great staff... still. Happy to be banking with this credit union and won't ever go back to the big banks hopefully EVER.
