I’m very upset because we were in Wells Fergo with an appointment and we honestly didn’t expect such treatment from staffs. We wanted to open a new account for my wife, Stefanie was supposed to serve us, but she talked for a very long time in the corridor with a friend, finally she came up to us and invited us to the table. At first she didn’t want to serve us because my wife doesn’t speak English very well, I offered to help her, but she categorically refused and didn’t even call the interpreter. She asked where you live, my wife answered in Thousand Oaks, she used to live in Granada Hills. this Stefanie says you are speaking incorrectly, as she said incorrectly, here's Driver License , you can check no, speaking incorrectly, Stephanie said, in short, she is not involved in helping people just come and play the fool and get salary, Bank need to kick out such staffs…

This review is hard to fathom , and it is really a tell for the complete arrogance of these banks .I came from another branch that was full of people and virtually empty. People in line w nobody helping. I needed to open an account.Walked in, found someone rather quickly as i walked straight back to offices. I asked about a promotion going on. Gentlemen said i needed a letter to get it. Ok fine. Went out side found a code on the website in 30 seconds. How could he not have known this. Painfully ignorant about your own product? Unbelievable. Went back in and say here it is ! Sorry you have to make an appt. I guess they just have dozens of people a day wanting to give them their hard earned paychecks.Good God above.

I just drove out of my way to pick up a paycheck because I needed the money desperately. I then drove straight to the Wells Fargo bank on de los Arboles. I deposited my $255 check into the ATM as I have done numerous times over the past several years. I was then unable to withdraw any money at all out of the account until the next business day. I have in the past on numerous times deposited checks with little or no money in the bank and been able to withdraw at least $100. After unnecessarily having to go into the bank and risk my health(there's always a line in this bank and they never seem to call additional tellers for support) I was told by the teller "sometimes" the ATM will let me have my money sometimes it won't. I asked to speak to the branch manager Debjani Ghosh, and she informed me that the ATM is not within their control and I should call a separate number listed on my deposit receipt. After listening to her be of no help to me whatsoever I contacted Kevin Morrow the district assistant manager. He told me the exact same thing. Then I called the number on the receipt and ask the agent on the phone and once again I was told the exact same thing. Bottom line if you bank at Wells Fargo "sometimes you can get your money and sometimes you can't". Bank here at your own risk. It's too bad Wells Fargo isn't more upfront about their sneaky policies. Evidently I was told that if I had not use the ATM I could've come into the bank and cashed the check. This was completely avoidable. UPDATE: 3/19/21 1:07AM This afternoon while I sat across from the bank manager, and was repeatedly told (sometimes you can get your money sometimes you can't), any deposit made into the ATM would be available after midnight. As you can see from my attached screenshot of my bank statement the money is not available. This was a direct lie from the Wells Fargo bank manager. She lied to me to get me out of the bank and she'll lie to you too. I firmly believe it's what she's trained to do. Just a reminder out there Wells Fargo was the Bank that use the inside terminology "eight is great". If you don't know what that means here's a quick refresher. Wells Fargo got into a lot of trouble a few years back for opening numerous accounts under customers names without their knowledge. The term eight is great became public knowledge after Wells Fargo CEO testified in front of Congress. eight is the number of accounts that they were trying to achieve for each customer. Both legally and illegally. CEO was fired. I should have left years ago.

I have always had a good experience at this Wells Fargo. When I went in 10/19 I went up to a teller in store and he was not properly wearing his mask. It hung below his nose. I said to him, "you are not properly wearing your mask" he told me that it's hard to breath in. He then proceeded to complete my transaction annoyed and did not adjust his mask to cover his nose. There are BIG signs all over the door when you walk In that require masks. How can they require Customers to wear masks when their own employees don't properly wear them while working. Sure, he was behind glass, but there was another co worker in that area too. They need to do better in enforcing this mask policy.

You know what super annoying when the teller proceeds to argue with you because he doesn't understand when you say Car and not Card!$ I'm sorry you're having a bad day. ... So next time Mr cutie pie leave your tattoos and your attitude at home because I'm having enough attitude at home I don't need to go to the bank and have your attitude on top of that I had to go outside and use the ATM to do my deposit do you know how hot it is out there ??

I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes. They have ONE TELLER! There are now 9 people in line. One lady is sitting at her desk doing nothing while we all wait. Customer service is definitely not their forte here. Very very disappointing, but I'm not sure I'd expect more from Wells Fargo. Ridiculous!

Great consistent customer service is what I get every time I visit this branch of Wells Fargo. The branch manager Lupita leads her team with a positive and supportive attitude and greets all her clientele with a smile. Tellers like Christopher mirror her positivity and consistently give excellent customer service.

Very helpful and attentive. Hugo helped me out with removing an affiliate off my account. If you come here have Hugo Espinosa take care of you.

Banking with Wells Fargo has always been a pleasure. I have always been treated fairly and honestly.
Personal Banker Elisa Zimmerman helped reinforce that feeling. If free bottles of water or coffee and sweets weren't already a perk, working with Elisa rounds out the entire experience.
There's no pressure, no pushing anything on you. It can be a simple as a walk in walk out or spend an hour getting every bit of information you ever needed to know. Either way is a good experience at this branch.

This place is ridiculous! They had me wait to verify a $1100 dollar payroll check. Stating it's policy... that's BS! Any other branch I've been to has never had to call my employer to verify the amount or anything else. Instances like such is definitely why I will never, ever bank with Wells Fargo.
