I have been banking at this particular branch for more than 10 years and until today I have always had great things to say about it. when I went to park I heard this loud crashing sound and thought I had hit the curb, which was odd since I didn’t think I was near it. Well, when I walked out to see what happened I noticed I actually did not hit the curb. In fact there was a loose (broken) parking stump (bollard) just haphazardly placed in the parking stall I went into, causing me to hit it. This stump was clearly a danger waiting to happen. I went into the branch to let the manager know of this. Once I asked for the branch manager I was met with this very rude woman, who never even gave me her name. I explained to her what just happened and she needed to see it so they could take care of it to avoid anymore possible accidents. She reluctantly came outside with me. It almost felt like it was a bother to her that I asked her to come outside. I explained to her that everything seems to be ok with the car, but I will need to drive it to know for sure and I might need to take in to the dealership to make sure. I also wanted to make sure she was aware of it so the could get the broken/loose stump can get removed ASAP to avoid someone else hitting it in the future. All she said to me was this is a property management issue not the bank. Absolutely no sympathy towards the issue or an assurance it will be taken care of. Regardless of who the responsible party is, she could have at least taken a small amount of concern into the matter. I understand this was not a banking issue and this manager was not equipped to handle the outcome, but as a manager in any field should no how to handle human decency, which she failed miserably. The last thing this woman said to me was, is that it? Really, that’s how you conclude a customer issue/concern. She needs to do better, much better. I mentioned I have been banking here for years, but it is a business account for the company I work for and I do not have a personal account with Wells Fargo, so I don’t know who to speak with regarding this matter. I do need someone to reach out to me regarding this matter ASAP.

Don’t expect an acceptable form of customer service at this branch (or maybe all of WF) if you don’t look like you come from money. If you look blue collar they will delay your service and meeting times in order to better serve the dude who shows up in a Tesla and suit. If you ask an employee why this is happening you will be treated disrespectfully and given the run around. This is a wealthy area so many people won’t have to experience this but know that even if you have money, you better show it if you want to matter as a customer at Wells Fargo. From talking to others in my profession I have heard many similar stories of being ignored for wealthier looking customers.

Fourth WF ive been to try to open an account in Last few weeks. Zero customers , three people behind glass, 2 suits in back office shootin the breeze with each other. Go to front window ask to open an acount. She asks for my atm , which i forgot and give her my CA lic. She verifys who i am , not sure why ,but ok. She goes back to the suit and tells him . He tell her to tell's me to sit down and wait. Keep in mind there are about a dozen or more empty cubicals . I said no way , where is everybody ? 5 people i can see and not 1 can help me. Worse than the dmv. Not for contstant government bailouts these banks would be shut overnight. After 4 failed attempts i have realized i want nothing to do with this establishment on any level. Oh and btw , Wells Fargo , dont reply to this . I dont want ro hear your limp wristed rebuttle.

I had to close an account and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by Pierre Gonzales. He was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. I was worried that it would be a pain to do, but was pleasantly surprised with how painless it was. I definitely recommend going to Pierre if you need help with an account!

It was busy (like everything in the area) but the staff was polite and helpful. Not a fan of Wells Fargo in general because of everything the brand has done over the past few years but still staying with them because of convenience and price.

Fantastic service with a smile. I would bank here if only I didn't live in Seattle. Angie was great! Thank you so much.

Horrifying experience. Staff will purposefully hold your funds for no reason stating unusual deposit or bank activity! Never had any other branch treat me this way for same deposits recently! Discrimination! Called corporate they are shocked! Doing formal complaint when they open. Patronizing staff that will try and humiliate you in front of others banking. Shut down this branch & get over yourself westlake village employees! Westlake village is NOT all that! I am appalled by the cruel nasty treatment by these people! Is this what California is turning into? Socialist domination of currency where we live and how we live? Shame on you Wells Fargo and TO blvd branch in westlake you need to be shut down! No one deserves to be treated like this ever! I am furious to say the least and will share this with everyone I know and meet forever! Never again! Closing my account!

Always disappointing. Came in for a small amount of Euros but they didn't have a "foreign teller" working so could not give me any. They called around for other branches and nearest one they said was Calabasas - while waiting I called the nearest store on Kanan and they confirmed they had some and I could pick it up. At the same time two other people were directed to other branches for different types of transactions that they couldn't complete here.
