“Jack and Anthony run a fantastic jewelry store and are always there to help you, no matter if you're buying a G Shock or Omega. My family has been going to Dejaun since long before I even had my first watch, and as I have begun purchasing timepieces for myself, the top-shelf customer service has been the same. When I had to send my 3 week old Omega in for a warranty repair, they handled it quickly and were incredibly communicative as to where my watch was in process.”
“There are always 2 sides to these reviews people leave on here. Too bad it can't always be explained clearly for people to make their own personal judgement and experience. This store is an amazing watch store with a plethora of time pieces not even available in the larger anchor stores. Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”
“Irving and Joshua helped me set up my new iPhone 16 Pro Max the 5 Star review is for them-- they even handled all the Verizon "hurdles." I am thrilled with their performance. HOWEVER, when I checked in, Harry, couldn't have been ruder to me-- I give him 0 Stars. He laughed in my face when I explained Apple set up an appointment for me online, claiming that it was "set up incorrectly" (FYI I set up the Apple Appointment on the phone and their own people set it up....)...And then tried to "banish me" to a section of the store where they were NOT paying attention to me... Thank god Joshua and Irving saved the day- GO TO THEM. Please avoid Harry at all costs. I run a business in the Customer Service industry, and believe me when I say Harry was not the type of person I would want representing MY brand.”
