I tried to get ahold of somebody at the Walmart store here on Thousand Oaks and Perrin Beitel/ nocogdoches
Can't get anybody the operator keeps forwarding me to the manager. There is no answer. I just wanted to tell him that there's four baskets approximately $400 worth of baskets set alarm sitting on the corner of Perrin Beitel and nacogdoches right across the street from the Walmart.

One cashier always snaps at me for my card not being put in correctly. It's not me, it's her system talking some time to register the transaction. Otherwise everyone else is quite friendly.

Not like normal Walmart. Grocery shopping only, making it a much easier quick stop than oner is used to with Walmart.

It's bad service from the staff and I don't agree with them charging for the bag, it's only 10 cents and I pay for it, but whether it's white or black or any color but without the name of the store because with the name I give them advertising and I still pay them because of their propaganda it is not fair

Each time I go to Walmart I regret it. Thought this one might be a bit better because of the location but I was wrong. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes on a Monday afternoon just to buy a few items. Walmarts are always full of low quality people (because of their pricing). It’s totally worth it to pay a little bit more to go down the street to target where you’ll have a nicer/cleaner store with higher quality people and a better overall shopping experience.

I love shopping at this Walmart for all of my grocery needs. Their prices on their items are a lot lower then most of the other grocery stores. I also buy my face wash, deodorant, nail polish and other items besides groceries.

Pharmacist in this store is terrible. Very extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients waiting one hour behind the closed door and the pharmacist did not show up. I called the main number they're going to take action of this I just wants everyone knows I did not have a problem with the store, but the pharmacist was the one create problems.

I asked 5 different employees to help me get a product that was in a locked cabinet. All of them purposely ignored me. It was a blatant sign of disrespect. They clearly have a bad manager and clearly, no one in management does any secret shopping or there would be a number of fired employees. The best way to lose customers, even if your prices are good, is to disrespect them, ignore their concerns and waste their time. Clearly, this store in Newbury Park, Ventura County needs a new management team.I have had good employee experiences, but every employee was not a "team member" and none of them cared that they ignored me.
