Very disappointed about the staff there a lady named nomie was disrespectful towards me I went to the store with my coupons and was going to buy lotion with my coupons and she didn’t let me and after when I wasn’t going to buy it anymore she didn’t want to give me the coupons back and I asked her why if those were coupons I got from buying products and she didn’t care so I returned my items and didn’t get the coupons back I never had a experience a person not giving me what’s mine back

Walgreens Pharmacy on Ventu Park Road has an incredible hard-working and exemplary staff. This pharmacy deserves a constant 10/10 rating for their dedication and service to customers. Staff treats everyone with respect, quickly fills medications, proactively handles insurance concerns before they even interfere with customer med pick-ups. Staff also handles a very busy pharmacy with ease, managing front desk, phone calls, drive-through, and behind the scenes with incredible aplomb. The drive-through is a great quick way to pick up medication, and always runs smoothly. Pharmacy is also great being able to handle vaccines without sacrificing time or attention to other waiting customers. I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy and staff. Big shout out to Shada, Salma, and all the hard-working pharmacy staff members.

Ive never had a good experience here, from false info to delays after delays. But I was used to it since it was consistent, lol. But this last time was out of hand. I called to make sure my meds were ready since i have to drive 20 miles. They said, sure, give us a couple hours. When I showed up, they said come back tomorrow. i told her I called that morning and she went to get who i think was the pharmacist. Middle aged Indian lady, so she says the same thing and asked who told me it was ready. I said YOU! She denied everything because a narcissist is never wrong. As she is lying through her teeth telling me no one told me that I am staring into space thinking about, when will I have time to come back? She did not like that I was not looking at her and said "excuse me, I am talking to you". When I still didn't acknowledge her, she told me to drive around and get to the back of the line. I said absolutely not! I had a sandwich in my hand, and she said put your food down. I explain to her that I was in my car and she cannot advise to put my foot down. then asked her to ring me up for the ones ready. They have my card on file. She then put a sign up at the door stating they were closed. I sat there, dumbfounded, but decided to finish my sandwich. There were six or seven cars behind me. Then she yelled that if I don't leave in five seconds, she's calling 911.. I honestly almost choked on my food. I laughed so hard. I had somewhere to be so I drove off, and just couldn't understand why this lady was such a narcissist. Most of these reviews stated the delay, and it shows why, she was happy to leave all those people waiting.

My pharmacist, Salma, not only found the medication I was prescribed while no other pharmacy in the area could, she spoke with the supplier repeatedly to overcome its poor information and followthrough until the prescription was delivered. Her persistence and great communication is greatly appreciated.

Max! This guy holds this store together. He is always there with a smile and ready to help. Helping his staff to be at their best. That's why many go there and not Walmart next door. It's the personal customer experience. Thanks Max. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Keep it up!

Worst place ever, every time I go to get s refill on my prescription it takes so long no matter how many employees are there, because either they lost another persons prescription, or are just standing around talking and laughing. Never had a good experience here and would give it 0 stars if I could.

Don't bother calling the phone number, they waste your time with bots then after you finally get a hold of someone they tell you to go to a website that is not working properly. A product I purchased from the store had been opened and some of the parts were missing.
