Went to grab a quick meal in the deli and the gentleman behind the counter, Royce was his name, was super helpful and so kind. People with great customer service like his are the reason why I keep shopping here. ☺️

Great Vons with a US Bank inside. Now no more bank inside, this is in May of 2024, still has a Starbucks, and good customer service.

I love shopping at vons. They just need to build self checkout lines, then they would get the five star rating

The staff was very helpful trying to locate the items I had coupons for that I had already tried to find. However one they were out of stock and he one they didn't carry although the coupon they said Vons was named on the coupon. So I was happy with their friendly help but not that they didn't have the itms.

Asked for help from a guy named Ryan H I believe, I had asked for help and he pointed me off in a random direction no where near what I had asked for. I then saw him proceed to hit his vapor device while stocking shelves. Unprofessional.

Great customer service at this location! The store is clean. The cashiers are friendly and so was the young man I spoke with in customer service. Even though this store is a few minutes farther than the Vons located at Avenida de los Arboles, I have started just coming to this Vons. I think the managers should get advice from the managers at this location because this store is run so much better.

The self check out is a farce! I needed to scan one item, no problem... but I had a paid pharmacy item in my hand and I needed to get my wallet out, I set my pharmacy item on the right side along with the store item I scanned. So the scanner thought that I was placing something that I hadn't paid for... now the lights go on... "customer needs assistance " while waiting for several minutes as this crazy machine keeps going off...Seriously?
