I just went into this location because my phone wasn’t working (so there was no possible sale or upsell available) and I was helped by a gentleman named Andy. Andy was fast, courteous, respectful and was helping two people at the same time. He was super easy to talk to, down to earth and helpful and when it comes to customer service, you don’t always get lucky enough to have someone like Andy helping you out. I’m not sure who the manager of the store is, but I’m sure they probably already know…your boy Andy is him. All around perfect experience, thanks for all you do brother!

After my phone was stolen, I came here to reactivate my replacement and the person working here sold me a screen protector. I asked him if it’s the same quality as the one from Apple, where you just get to Mail in free replacements and he said yes. The screen protector broke within hours of getting it, it’s the worst one I’ve ever had. They will not refund my money. They just want me to mail in my screen protector to this company and then have to pay shipping for another one of their awful screen protectors. I paid $50 for it. This place is borderline criminal.

I just "dropped" into the Verizon store at Thousand Oaks Mall to ask a question. No wait, GREAT customer service and he saved me nearly $40 a month on my bill! WOW !!!!!!

Terrible service. 1 person working, no sense of urgency, no ack that you even exist. Employee wasted tons of time in pointless convos saying things like, "I'm pretty sure" or "maybe it will be $1 less". I went there to switch providers but instead, it convinced me to go with Google Fi to avoid brick-n-mortar businesses who hire lazy millennials.

I traded in my old iPhone 13 color Lavender, 7 months ago, and still haven't received my credits for the iPhone 13 with the $700 promo. So I'm now paying for a new phone in full and “technical” they stole my old phone. Zero answers or help!

Please stay away from this store.
Nearly 7 months ago my partner traded in her phone and to this day we are not seeing the monthly trade-in credits.
After numerous calls it seems like the agent who helped us did not file the trade-in properly and so they had an iPhone just laying around the store which they could not account for. After a few calls it seemed like they had figured it out and they said they were going to file some paperwork and get it sorted, this was way back in October 2023. It is now late February 2024 and still no trade-in credits are being posted. We call every so often to ask for updates and they give us the run-around telling us that there is a waiting period between submitting the form and receiving the trade-in credits.
We usually never go to third-party resellers but we slipped up on this one and we will make sure to never do it again.

If I could give a 0 rating I would ! Completely misleading and very dishonest. I returned the phone the next day due to my bill going up instead of going down like I was told . They put on a liquid screen saver without telling me it was 150.00 , the phone died the next day and after calling Verizon hot line they said I was overcharged and the plan they changed was more expensive after they told me it would be less . They charged me 80.00 to return the hole crappy thing . I would avoid this store like the plague.

Mark is amazing! He helped us from beginning to end going above and beyond setting up both of our iPhones from iCloud. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and we could not have had a better experience, honestly. He represented Verizon VERY well and we are so happy we switched services.
