I just "dropped" into the Verizon store at Thousand Oaks Mall to ask a question. No wait, GREAT customer service and he saved me nearly $40 a month on my bill! WOW !!!!!!

Andy was great. He was there all by himself and managed to simultaneously help at least three people at once. Doing a really good job with all of us.
