The folks at Vaultus Gold are amazing! I have dealt with 2 other nationally known gold companies and I will only use Vaultus Gold for now on! Their pricing, their customers service and their execution was A1! They are super trustworthy!!! Derek created the perfect plan for me. He sent me a quote based on today’s prices. I was supposed to send the wire today and I made a mistake and did not get it to them in time. Gold went up $20 from the quote they gave me, they still honored the pricing! True Americans! I will only go with folks like this!

Small retirement account. I know my 18k IRA was small compared to most of the other clients that Vaultus Gold works with but they still treated me like royalty. That’s unlike a lot of the other places that I called that brushed me off because I only had 18,000. I really like to thank Vaultus Gold for everything that they did and taking their time even though I didn't have a ton of money.

My experience with Vaultus Gold was exceptional. The IRA specialist I worked with was very knowledgeable and I can tell he really understands the precious metals markets. He provided me with all the information I needed. They asked me a few questions based on my goals in a custom built portfolio that was built for me and sent to me in writing. Most important to me, I feel like my best interest came first. The customer service was exceptional, and I would recommend Vaultus Gold to anyone.

Go with Vaultus Gold - Vaultus Gold was very patient with me during the entire process of transferring my 401k funds to purchase gold and silver. They told me what to expect regarding the necessary documentation and when the time came Kate explained the different types of metals available to purchase in a language that I could understand simple and straightforward. When it came time to choose the metals for my IRA they asked me a few questions and based on those answers a proposal was made that would be the most beneficial to me the client. Tom explained that they don’t work on commissions and allowed me to choose what was best for me. I chose their recommendation because it made sense and was the optimal portfolio for my goals.

This is my first experience buying precious metals. Steve and Kate were there with me through the entire process. They were very helpful and educated me and answered all my questions. As a first timer, all my concerns were answered, and I felt confident that I made a great investment. They focused on my needs ask me some questions about what I was looking to accomplish and how risky I wanted the portfolio. Calling Vaultus Gold was the best decision I could've made - Contacting Vaultus Gold was the best thing that I could've done. They patiently taught me a great deal about investing in metals and all of it all of the pros and cons. They were so patient never pushy in and allowed me to take my time to make the best decision for myself. They are always available on a phone call and provided me with all the written documentation that made me feel confident with my purchase. I can't think of how they could've done more. The proposal that Steve provided made sense and I never felt pressured.
