Our regular mailman use to delivery our mail consistently at 2:30 pm every day, albeit perhaps a holdiday might delay him. But, he is out with an injury and this guy that took his place is constantly late, and sometimes I have not gotten it all. I know, because I get an alert of what mail will be delivered. I have een sitting here for an 1 and a half waiting because I expect something.

we love michael. my friend was told she had to pay $130 for a package and he brought it down to $1.30 cracking great jokes along the way. he explained what happened to us clearly and we walked away satisfied and laughing. thanks!

New to the area. Location is a little tricky to find. Service was exceptional. Welcomed, thanked for waiting, friendly, helped me processing my mailing in a timely professional manner. Thanked when leaving and told to have a good day. Best service ever. It was refreshing, pleasant and made my day. Thank you for treating me like a customer. Appreciate it.

Went to this location and was assisted by Michael who was in the booth nearest the door. I was quoted $30 the previous day by another one employee to mail a package abroad. Today, employee Michael quoted me $70 to send exactly the same package to the same location; I reiterated to Michael, ( employee) that I wanted what was quoted yesterday which I was aware was the least expensive option for this package. I pushed the issue and he then lowered it to $50 and it wasn’t until I kept pushing that he gave me the $30 I was originally given the day before. The previous day the other employee rotated the pricing screen so I could see my options, today Michael deliberately did not allow me to see the screen. I asked him why he tried to “upsell “ me and he didn’t answer, I asked him again an he replied, “just doing my job Sir”. My concern is that this employee is not giving customers viable postage options and charging customers more postage than warranted.

I went to this US Post Office location at 3401 Grande Vista Drive to mail a package out of the country. The gentleman who assisted me quoted me a price is $30, he also turned his screen around to show me the various pricing options. He also was kind enough to provide me with a blank sticky label to write the address on and to then apply to my package. I decided to go back the following day to complete as the line was getting long and it was best closing. I retuned the following day to a whole different experience! The employee this time who greeted me was named Micheal, ( clerk #52) and from the get go I could tell this employee was not helpful in the slightest. I first asked him if he could provide me with another blank sticky label to write on and he said they don't have them and that I would need to purchase a packet, thankfully a nice customer showed me some that were available for free on the centre island?? When I explained to the employee Michael that I was there the previous day and was quoted $30 he proceeded to quote me $70? I tried looking at his screen but he was purposely not allowing me to see it. I reiterated to him again that I wanted the cheapest rate possible and to match what I was quoted the previous day; after I profusely rejected the $70 quote he then quoted me $50, when I scoffed at that quote he finally quoted me the $30 I was previously quoted???? I asked him why he was trying to 'upsell' me and he didn't respond, I asked him again and he said, "just doing my job Sir". My confirm is that this particular employee may be taking advantage of other customers unbeknown to them, I'd give this employee a wide berth.

I go out of my way to use this PO because of how nice and helpful the staff here are. They're very patient, knowledgeable and friendly and able to help with any shipping or mail queries.

I had a custom item made for me that was supposed to be delivered to me 2 days after being dropped off at this office. It's been 7 days since the day it was supposed to arrive.. The ttracking updates still show "Still at original facility". There's no updates, no movement. I've called more than 3 times and they said they have no updates on the package & I'm going to have to wait until it is scanned next, whenever that may be. The sender put a lot of work into the custom piece and I also paid a lot of money for it. I've never had such a bad experience with USPS!

The people in the office are very nice.I do Every Door Direct Mail campaigns. I always give them exactly as many pieces as the post office says they need. I know people on each route that I mail to. They fail to deliver the mail on time. I mailed my EDDM on the third inviting people to an open house on the 5th. It was supposed to be sent out on the 4th at latest. I just got the postcard in my mailbox today (the 7th), so the invites were a total waste.For certain routes they fail to deliver the mail at all around 50% of the time. I am not sure (and they aren't sure either) if the postcards are going to the wrong route, or if they are just flat out not getting delivered.I came in and asked what was going on, and they had stacks of my post cards in their office that were "extra," but I always give them the exact number of pieces they request. To me that either means they are asking for too many pieces, or are flat out not delivering. I really don't know how to resolve the issue. The Post Master essentially said "bummer."

The staff is very friendly and patient in explaining all my questions with a smile and stapled all receipts aligned then gave them to me. It made me a day!
