Stopped by after watching a movie with my family for dinner and had the best experience. Yusef greeted us with a big huge welcoming smile and took our order. From there every single staff member that delivered our food was very kind and made us feel at home. Everything we ordered was incredible. Best experience, best service and delicious food. I highly recommend the surf and turf.

Had an excellent experience at this location because of CHELSEA! She went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. I walked in and was not greeted and no one offered to help me out. The employees just stared at me the whole time and were gossiping about customers and employees. Felt super uncomfortable the whole time and did not feel welcomed at all.would not shop here unless you're white

Fantastic experience at this UO! I had an on-line home goods return to make and was reluctant to go to the mall to do it. The return was so easy and welcomed!! The employees were all so sweet and helpful, my husband and I stayed and shopped for an hour! The store is well organized and beautiful! They have a little bit of everything. Also the prices and selection on the sale items was insane!! ( we bought 4 clothing items and a hat- grand total $17) The staff here is phenomenal! They are friendly, polite, professional and just awesome!! It's not often I experience a return, a fitting room visit, and a purchase in one visit... this will be our go to from now on!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but my experience at this Urban Outfitters was so sour it made me cry. I was returning shoes I had purchased online at the store. I wore them for 20 minutes around my apartment to see if I liked them and decided they weren't what I was looking for. When I got to the cashier to start the return the woman at the register was very kind, but her coworker (who I am assuming was her manager) was not. She accused me of wearing the shoes while out because there was lint and a scuff at the bottom. I understood her asking me why or explaining that they looked worn, but she was EXTREMELY patronizing, rude, and accusatory. I was very taken back. I genuinely had not worn the shoes out of the house and she treated me as though I was lying without a doubt. I understand she's just doing her job but the tone she spoke to me in was absolutely unnecessary. I was very kind and explained why the shoes might have seemed "worn" (the scuff probably appeared quickly because they were honestly made out of cheap material). Just ridiculous. Made me want to stop shopping at Urban Outfitters completely. I see other people have had somewhat similar experiences. Anyone who works in retail knows how much you have to put up with, but there was no reason for her to interrogate me the way she did. Call me sensitive, but I just wanted to share my experience.

Unprofessional and rude managers. They're also very impatient and ableist when it comes to people with disabilities, especially invisible ones. Haven't gone back since.

Even though mask mandate is dropped they still have a mask required sign. They must be real stupid not to be able to see the huge gap by the nose and on the side of the face, where all the virus escapes from, on the cloth and paper mask most people wear. They need to watch the youtubes about vaping with a mask on, to realize mask do nothing.

I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews but I really hope this reaches someone in management or to the two girls working at the store I had to deal with. I easily spent about $800 at this location. Not one person asked if i needed help or greeted me. I have worked retail for years, at the oaks mall and elsewhere. This was never acceptable. It honestly wasn't the not being greeted that set me off but rather the employees behavior. When I went to the dressing room, I had several clothes I wanted to try on. I know this can be irritating, especially coming from experience in retail, but I did not leave a mess. I took everything out and bought 80% of what I brought in. The employees attitude was so awful and so disrespectful, I would have much rather purchased online. She was extremely condescending considering the amount of money I was about to drop at their location. Everything she said to me could have been said ALOT nicer. She was extremely impatient and rude. I would understand her behavior had I left a mess or not purchased any items, but this was not the case. At the least, I hope this reaches her and the girl who rang me up so they can do better going forward, at work and in life. Life is too short to be catty and disrespectful to others. If you don't enjoy your job in retail, quit! There's plenty of people who would love to take your job, be happy to be there, and put a smile on their face in order to make their customers happy. Your customers should not have to deal with your negative behavior. I was considering leaving her name since I do have it but I understand sometimes people may have bad days and make mistakes. Do better going forward, the world doesn't need more people with shitty attitudes, it's time to grow up!

If you read my last review at urban outfitters you know I love coming here for random trinkets. Today I had some thing in mind . Today's plan was to start Christmas at the house. Nothing says I got my life together like having Stocking stuffing ready to go.
