I popped in today to ask for some help with my shipper account—a question anyone with access to the right system would have been able to answer quickly. Unfortunately, this franchise does not have access to the system. No problem. That’s not my issue. My issue was that instead of this information being be conveyed professionally I was rudely ordered to “call UPS. I am not customer support! I am a franchise.” In addition to that, sir, you’re also not a shrewd businessman. The 0 additional effort to be polite would have earned my future business. Now, I will go to the UPS Store on Janss and Moorpark for future UPS store needs. Ironically, they *also* didn’t have access to help me, but that information was conveyed by a professional who understands customer service.

Such a great experience! I had done my Amazon returns all wrong and the sweet young lady working today walked me through cancelling all of my many orders and selecting the correct return process. 5 star service for sure.

Wow, like everyone has said I should have read the reviews. I had a rather expensive package being delivered, which I called them to verify if this was possible and Azam said yes, I even went in there in person to verify and he said yes $10 fee. It was delivered with a phone call saying it was delivered, I went in and I was denied. Azam said it wasn’t delivered and he had no name matching my ID. Package was on the floor and I was staring at it, I told him to check the package and he refused saying it wasn’t mine. I informed him it was delivered Tuesday and they even called me, he said no one called me and it was probably a scam. I then showed Azam my tracking number and it said it was signed by Azam….. he then ohhhhhh I have it now. It’s right here (same package I told him to check) without the proof from FedEx who knows what would have occurred. Use this review as you wish.

This man should be out of business. How he conducts business is not how we do things in America. I own a shipping API and went to simply drop off a pre labeled package. I do this for LIVING. Should be a simple drop off with a receipt that they received my package. But no, I was questioned multiple times by the owner. This operation should be SHUT DOWN. I will be forwarding to my contacts at UPS. He is conducting an illegal operation.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. DONT BOTHER...but if it fancy's you, pls read my review. Azim the OWNER is total SCUM...my fault for not reading all the previous reviews on this douchebag. I own a business and was going to be out of town so I made the mistake of rerouting my package to this ratchet UPS store owned by this gobblin Azim. I show up w the paper left at my shop for retrieval of my package and he refused to release it to me bc I didn't have documentation that I was the owner...ok. I went back home, and in fact I went above and beyond providing my property taxes, tax ID, driver's license, proof of business lic, my check book w my name and company name on it as well as utilities all under mine and my company name at the address on my package, so this neurotic man felt at ease. THEN to cover all my ends, I even called UPS to MAKE SURE everything I was providing was in good standings w their guidelines. I even waited on hold to speak w a UPS customer service manager to make sure, and he even called the the scumbag Azim and said that all my documentation fulfills all UPS guidelines for the package to be released. Awesome. I return to the stinky dungeon this man Azim calls his business and as I walk through the door his demeanor changes. I lay ALL my paperwork out so that he can Clearly see I am the owner and all my documentation speaks volumes, even down to my tax ID and wholesale lic. He flips out! He accused me of forging all these papers and said the UPS manager that called him was a scammer! LMAO! Azim become argumentative, raising his voice, slamming his hands down and started using profanity while screaming...I was i shock watching this train wreck happen and then HE threw my papers and screamed for me to "GET the F out OF MY store, I don't have to follow any UPS S*** GUIDELINES!" All while there was a line of customers in witnessing this. I gathered my belongings and called UPS customer care, again waited another 45min and spoke w a manager on the phone. He asked me of I would like my package to be routed to the UPS hub and to speak w the manager there to release it, due to Azim not being cooperative. At this point, I'm committed. I've waisted TWO days and countless minutes w/the freak show named Azim...I head over to the hub and the manager was beyond apologetic, she said she would reach out to the Azim. She came back in utter shock! She said "you're right and I'm going to file a report on him, he hung up on me twice!" I presented her ALL my documentation and she apologized again. She had a driver go pick up my package from this sh!t UPS store from Azim. Within 20m I had my package. It's just a matter of time until this guys gets his store shut down or arrested. Moral of this story...DONT USE THIS STINKY DUMPY STORE AND STAY AWAY FROM AZIM! Btw if Azim is reading this...I got my package w the same documentation I brought you, except I delt with REAL PROFESSIONALS at the UPS hub.

This place is GARBAGE & I have no idea how it's still in business. READ THE REVIEWS and you'll see we ALL agree that AZIM is the worst human to ever work in customer service. Used profanity with me when I asked him a simple question. AVOID AT ALL COST AND BRING YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I should have read the reviews before even bothering to call. This was hands-down the absolute worst experience with UPS I have ever had. After listening to nine automated options I finally get to connect with a store employee. Keep in mind he spoke broken English which made the conversation more difficult. Not a big deal, or so I thought. His attitude is what made everything go downhill. I simply asked if they are able to print shipping labels for any package I intend on returning. He proceeds to tell me that they are an independently owned UPS store And that I can email him the shipping label for four dollars as that is the fee he charges. I was completely taken back by that considering I buy and return items through Amazon and multiple other sources without having this issue. I’d like to note that I can usually return packages with a QR code very easily. Alternatively if a return does not provide a QR code option then other carriers like FedEx for example will allow me to email the return label to a secured email which they will then print onto a printer label. Meaning the type of paper that will adhere to a box and not just a black and white print out on an 8 x 10 paper. That being said as I am experienced with these things I mention to the store owner that I would simply like to have a return label printed with a Zebra printer or something similar as the standard printer paper would require tape and os not as efficient. Well unfortunately it became a five minute long back-and-forth as he continuously interrupted me while I was speaking. He cut me off several times and when I would try and speak he would just stop me abruptly and ask if he can speak. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When he finally allowed me to finish asking my original question he told me that they have a computer in the store which I can use for two dollars as long as it is under five minutes, it will cost me $.14 to print out the label onto a regular piece of paper, and then proceeded to inform me that I can buy tape inside of the store. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous. Insinuating that I have no idea how to return a package. I could’ve simply done this at home with my printer was optional but considering it wasn’t I should have just gone elsewhere. I will never return to the is UPS location ever again.

After I read the reviews, I had to see for myself. It's always interesting to me when a business has mostly 5 stars, and then you see the people that leave a 1 star. I'll let you reach your own conclusion. But I found Aziz to be kind and very helpful. I made a mistake, he helped me solve it. I recommend this establishment.

I delivered a large box on Sat. JULY 29. They said UPS would pick up Monday July 31. It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday Aug 1st 12 noon. I went back to UPS store to talk to owner who would give me NO further shipping information an d said " he did his job" yelled at me and said he could give me NO further information. Tracking only shows delivered to this UPS store, nothing further. I Left the store with no information. RUDE Should not be in this business. I have filed a Police Report. Maybe they can find out what he did with my package.

I recently visited the UPS store run by Azim, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The owner's rudeness was truly impressive, I'm surprised he hasn't trademarked it. If you dare ask for assistance in shipping your item, be prepared to face the wrath of Azim's terrible customer service and dumbfounded expression, as if the concept of packing parcels in a UPS store was a groundbreaking revelation to him.God forbid you need a label printed there, you'll be met with Azim's condescending attitude, as though you committed a mortal sin for not having a personal printer at home. His solution? Get the label printed at FedEx Office, and I guess, crawl back to his store like a humbled soul.In short, if you enjoy being treated like an annoyance while having the privilege of packaging and labeling your shipment elsewhere, Azim's UPS store is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a UPS store with an owner who understands the actual purpose of a shipping store and knows how to treat customers like humans, not unwelcome intruders.

I should've checked the reviews before walking in this store. The rudest man was at the counter. I presume it was Azim the owner. I had an item that i was directed to return via UPS. Company didn't provide box and this man was soooo rude. Pardon me for assuming a UPS shipment center could BOX UP my item to prepare for shipping. I needed to print a label and he directed me to print it myself using their computer. He kept saying that the company should've provided me a box. So I said ok. I will request a special box and come back. Then he said ok you can just pay me for the label. He had never stated there was a price to print the label as I would've printed it at home. He screamed at me telling me that the computer time costs money. As I stood there compleyely bewildered he grabbed the already printed label from my hands and RIPPED IT UP. I've never dealt with someone so blatantly cheap and rude in my life. This is the only UPS store in my city but i will gladly drive to Thousand Oaks so I never have to step foot in this store again.
